This is a brand new building that we first stayed in In December 2020. There is a rooftop pool and bar on top of the complex. We are on the top floor 8th on the right edge as you look at it. This is a time share and we make Christmas week available to guests. We have a three bedroom three bath suite which can be divided into three different units. We have 2 other VRBO units that we also rent. 19687 which we have rented for 15 years and 1894370 which is a lake house up in Northern Wisconsin, which is where we are from. Location is perfect and easily walk to the harbor about a 5-7 minute walk or walk into town which is about 10 minutes. There are many great little places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk. Cabo Villas otherwise known as Cachet Beach Resort is the jewel of Cabo San Lucas. The location is close to everything essential. The peninsula protects the harbor and first few hotels next to the harbor from the rough Pacific Ocean. The beach is wonderful and clean and the water is calm and very swimmable for most ages. We loved it so much we decided to buy a timeshare when they were building the new building. We picked the best unit, a corner unit on the top floor. It's a 3 bedroom unit with 3 baths with a large deck with a private hot tub. These can be divided into 3 separate units each with a small kitchenette and full bath. Two of the units have queen beds and potentially a second queen added and the third unit has a queen bed and a private hot tub on the deck. These are easily converted into one large 3 bedroom unit or any combination. We then picked Christmas week as our dedicated week. We have the furthest east 8th (top floor) 3 bedroom suite in the new addition as seen in the pictures. This unit has unparalleled views of the beach, ocean, and the peninsula containing lover's beach and the famous Arch which you can see from the pictures. The unit has private entrances to the deck from the master suite, from one of the other bedrooms, and from the common area. The views of the sea of Cortex. lovers beach, and the peninsula are amazing. The view sold us from day one.
