Food is good. *****Desert is perfect! Food has many choices! Compare I went to cruise. Bed is comfortable, clean. We stay 3 beds room, 6 days, room is big. Check out staff is helpful. We asked wheel chair service when we check out. Pool is clean.

The food options are many , the food is buffet style and everything is included from dessert to drinks to alcoholic beverages . They have a 24 hour sports bar that’s a good place to hang out at night , the beds are ok not bad but just fine . The place is a lively place with a lot of younger kids and people with their families . The younger kids can be rowdy but it doesn’t bother me . The place can be loud at times but that’s ok . It’s a good deal but it’s not the ritz but it’s fine with me .

This was a great place to stay, I would go back. All services were great. Very nice people. Plenty of food to choose from, the restaurant personal were excellent! The rooms were very comfortable, I wish I had a better garden view.

I would have given an overall 5 star if overall staff was friendly. The lady that checked us in was not very welcoming, the staff at the slides seemed to single out my daughters for wearing their jewelry but yet said nothing to others wearing jewelry and one of the bartenders was not very friendly at the Riu Safari party. But overall we had great service and an amazing experience! ¡Gracias!

I loved the pool parties, food, entertainment, variety of pools, activities within the hotel. I didn't like the power going out in the middle of the night, because it got hot inside out room w/o air conditioning. I didn't like that our room was kind of dirty. I didn't like that there wasn't an elevator for our 4 story building.

It's what you want in an all inclusive. Food was ok, the breakfast was great. So many pool chairs we never had a problem being right by the pools. Only thing is, no umbrellas on the beach and no cocktail service. You have to go to the bars yourself. The place is huge. It took us a couple of days to get our barrings. Found some guests that couldn't find their rooms after a couple of drinks.
