Overall, I enjoyed an excellent stay & have no complaints at all! Super8 is first rate!

Lot of wind came in from the door bottom and the side as there has a big gap. The bathroom faucet is hard to open and hot/cold is opposite control.

We were greeted and checked in by a friendly and professional employee, who was quick to let us know that they would be starting breakfast service at 4am (!!!!) rather than the usual 6am, to accommodate the folks getting up way early to go to the Rose Parade. We thought that was kind accommodation for their customers.

It was a very nice experience overall. The staff were friendly and helpful. The first day, the front desk person located a baby playpen for our 7 month old baby and put it together for us. Breakfast was very basic (self-serve with milk, coffee, tea, cereal, bread, etc) but staff made sure to restock if needed. Since it was raining a lot, we would get a puddle of water in front of our room door, but they tried to dry it constantly. Parking was difficult during the weekend, but still manage to find a spot.

It was a decent place, enough for an overnight stay. The parking was very tight - a lot of vans, trucks and SUVs in compact parking spaces - so if the parking spaces could be re-lined with more space, then it would be someplace I would go back to, but lack of parking (I drove a Camry and it was still tight parking for me!) will keep me away.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are as one would expect for the price: functional, relatively clean, no frills. Good experience on both first and second visits.

The hotel is a decent place for the low cost. The free continental breakfast was a plus. It was just a shirt drive to downtown LA and about 30 minutes from Universal Studios.

needed one night layover connecting between a long flight and long drive, and picked this hotel based on balance of location and affordability. Location is relatively easy to find on a major street, unit appears safe and relatively secure. Air conditioning works and was appreciated. Bathroom was crampy and towels feels old and worn-out. Overall the stay served my travel purpose but I would try to seek a different venue next time.

Located in a sketchy area with the smallest hotel room I have ever been in.

Spent time here while helping with a move into a new home. Yes the parking is tight, but the room is comfortable, breakfast in the morning, what you need for the basics and more. Will return for my next trip.

The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The plumbing didn't work the best in the bathroom and tile around tub moldy. So wouldn't stay there again but because I was so limited in location it served it's purpose.

I travel to Los Angeles for business. I don't 'live' in a hotel room. For me a great hotel is clean, quiet and has a comfortable bed.Everything I need to start me off on a good business day. Super 8 met all my requirements for a good stay.

The staff was friendly and the location was great about a 15 min ride to Hollywood 2 min from Shopping and good eats
