Very loud and noisy, loud food steps, door knocking at night. Staff tried to give me a king bed at check in while I reserved a double room. Not the best option at the price they ask. Stayed at better Motel6s.

Had some issues checking in using Orbitz. I had to wait an hour to check in because my name was not in the system. The receptionist had to check me in manually along with another person that had the same issue. They also charged me twice for the security deposit, I was able to get both the security deposit back but it was not a smooth process. There are better hotels/motels around the area, I wouldn't advise staying here if it was your first option.

Customer service was very good. I almost got charged twice, however issue was fixed and front desk was very helpful. I could see how it was a beautiful hotel once upon a time.The rooms can use updating and food in that patio would be wonderful.

Have stayed here before because the pricing is affordable and easy access to the fwy unfortunately the light switches are dirty the shower had mold and the sink did to. I don’t think we will be back

need to improve on cleanliness, there was some stains on the bed and i could tell that the sheets were not properly washed. additionally there is not heat only AC. and i saw a piece of hair in between the towels in the bathroom. other than cleanliness it’s fine if your planning to stop for a quick night or two
