Very Disappointed
We chose this "luxury" listing for a special family event. The property is spacious and has a lovely pool. But that's as far as it went. The couches and chairs were filthy (we used sheets to sit on). Every vent was coated with crud. Apparently the filter for the AC hadn't been changed in a very long time and resulted in a ceiling leak due to the unit freezing. This could not be fixed while we were there, so we had a bucket collecting the water in the living room for the entirety of our stay (one week). The showers had mold. The walls were dirty especially in the bathrooms. The grill was missing burner covers which resulted in a grease fire. The air hockey table was broken (we took it apart and fixed it). The electrical supply panel was missing its cover leaving 240 volts exposed. There is an area rug under the dining table that is dirty and curls up on one side resulting in a tripping hazard. Recent reviews were excellent which makes one wonder where they came from... We asked for a reasonable refund but was refused by Grace and Glory Real Estate Group and VRBO was unable to help us. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
