Property on 15 Street NOT 13 Place
Place NOT WORTH WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING. Stay somewhere else closer to Manhattan Beach Pier. Owner misrepresents location of the property on the map to appear closer to Manhattan Pier in order to justify charging higher prices. Actual address is two blocks further north and further away from the pier on a busy street.
The lock code did not work upon checking in. We had to email the management agency that maintains the property because calls were only diverted to voicemail. Eventually, entrance was granted.
The place is old and spruced up with paint. Take your business elsewhere.
