Amazing Family Vacation Stay

This is an amazing place to stay. The home is large and spacious, with bedrooms on each of the 3 floors. There are two great family rooms and large kitchen dining area for gathering as family. We loved the quiet street. With the windows cracked we could hear the ocean waves all night. The place is clean and has great toys to borrow. We used the kayaks and paddle boards to paddles around Naples Island. So fun. The landlord/property manager was SUPER responsive when we had a couple minor issues (locking ourselves out, and needing additional beach towels). We were incredibly pleased with our vacation stay and would definitely look to reserving here again.

Great Location

Convenient location to restaurants & shopping. Meet all our sleeping needs, Huge Master Suite. Kitchen was only missing some bowls & plates for the amount of people. Garage parking was difficult with a Van, compact would be better, weird slant.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time at this location. This house was able to provide room with 2 master bedrooms, and a downstairs room with a twin and a large bed. I like the different seating areas, and the layout that gives almost everyone their own space. The only knock is there was quite a bit of sand in the garage, we're at the beach I know, but it was hard to keep off the downstairs walkways, and the refrigerator didn't do the best job at cooling. It errored out a few times while we were there and we had to reset it. With that said, we really enjoyed our stay, we had a wonderful time, and I was able to take my son kayaking for his first time ever. Amazing location!

Family Vacation By The Beach

Great location and property for a family vacation by the beach. Accessible to downtown and 45 minutes away from Disneyland. I would definitely try staying here if I am ever in Long Beach again.

Location, Easy, Nice Spaces

Location was central to all the family places and gatherings and just half a block from the beach. Great rooms but upstairs living room could use additional, traditional, furniture and a television. Some updating would make it perfect. We were very pleased with our stay. Have not heard about clean-up deposit.

Small Surprise's plus Great Delights

Did not realize living rm was downstairs with the 1 & only TV. Kitchen & Mst bdrm upstairs. House was put on the market for sale, while we were renting the home for 1 wk, 4 our 2nd honeymoon. Freezer & refrigerator we could not get either side to adjust to operate correctly. Great Delights: Location was was a 10+ Mst bed very comfortable Parking was easy Home was very clean.

Great location, cute place

We enjoyed our stay at this property; it is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. We took advantage of the bike rentals on the beach and local restaurants. Just a few updates would make this a five-star stay. The furniture on the main floor seating room off the kitchen is worn and dirty (it could definitely benefit from updating/ better seating options), and the bathrooms are fairly dated. There is what appears to be a separate, third floor apartment connected via an inside staircase (which was blocked by a barn style door with a padlock). It was unoccupied but a bit unnerving to discover until we realized over the first 24 hours that no one was staying up there. The owner should definitely disclose this as we almost left the first night feeling very uncomfortable that someone potentially might be upstairs only separated by this somewhat flimsy door.

Great stay

The home was beautiful. Well thought out. The neighborhood was welcoming, clean and friendly. The access to the beach and bay are both unbeatable! We spent more time at the bay just as a preference. Lots of near by great food. This was our first time to Long Beach and this home represented very well!

Unforgettable Stay

My resent stay was great! The property was tasteful decorated and cozy. It provided a comfortable retreat after a long day. One of the highlights of my stay was the location. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood and walkable to the beach. Overall, my experience met and exceeded my expectations

Perfect location

We love staying on the Peninsula— the easy access to both the ocean, and bayside is wonderful. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating of questions and requests. The beds were comfortable. We will be back!
