This cute contemporary 327 sq ft guesthouse studio with 11 ft ceiling height and free up to 2 cars parking was recently fully renovated and newly furnished with chic designer furniture. The guesthouse has a green, sunny yard area. It's located on a green, quiet, and safe residential side street in the heart of historical Hollywood and walking distance to famous Hollywood sights, eateries, and clubs. Walk of Fame, Sunset Strip, WeHo, and Runyon Canyon are just around the corner. The guesthouse has a separate keyed entrance and no shared space. It has a full private bathroom, kitchen area (w/ kitchenette, large refrigerator, electric double cook top, sink, microwave), brand new non-central individual AC w/ remote control, 50 inches HDMI flat panel cable TV with 388 channels, fast WiFi, queen size bed w/ 6 inch memory foam mattress, love-sofa, side table, coffee table, large table/desk, and a full size mirror. The studio bathroom has a shower w/ Hansgrohe shower head, Duravit wall mounted toilet, and Duravit sink with Hansgrohe faucet. Fresh 100% cotton bedlinen, a duvet, two pillows, bath/hand towels, hand soap, all-in-one body wash, shampoo, and hair conditioner, toilet paper (2 R), hair dryer, iron, and iron board are included. Main kitchen utensils are included and could be added per guest's request. The guesthouse studio is getting professionally cleaned w/ sanitizing products incl bed linens/towels disinfection.

Great location and even better host

I had a lovely time staying in Ela’s guesthouse. She was extremely king and accomodating and the space was clean and has everything you might need. Highly recommend.
