This hotel was terrible. It was dirty, smelled like mold. Fridge in our room made a noise all day/night long. Door knob to the bathroom was broken. Windows did not close well. One night they started construction at 11pm without any prior notification … again it was 11pm!!! WTH! It says breakfast included, but it was only coffee, muffins & granola bar. There’s nowhere to eat this either. Horrible hotel in my opinion.
My room had cockroaches, the shower head was held on with duct tape. The bed was very uncomfortable.
The hotel seemed nice at first, the person at check in had this kind of strange interest that he has met me at another hotel before. The rooms had kitchenettes which was nice, but the room door stuck and was loud, was not even closed upon arrival. The beds are horribly outdated and squeaked every time you turned. They do offer utensils and kitchen supplies if requested. The bathroom had a cockroach which I ended up getting down the bathroom drain the second night. Breakfast consists of muffins and oatmeal. I slept well the first night but the second night there was what sounded to be like a rooster out behind the hotel which didn't quiet up until midnight. Overall the hotel worked for me, but I am not sure if I would stay again.

The room the we were originally given, the ac units has been ripped apart. Hard to reach staff. New room that they assigned us was very dirty. We found strands of hair on the bed under the blanket and lots on the pillow. It was very disgusting.

When we first arrived the lady at the front desk was not friendly. We head up to our room 205 and there is no water whatsoever. We go back down the lady says about 30 minutes the water will be back on. After 1.5 hours the water is finally on. Once the water was bad on took about 3 or 4 hours for the hot water to heat up. The bed was hard and there is no duvet on the bed so I was cold. I would bring an extra blanket. The shower head is awful. You cannot change the setting to get more water pressure. The bathroom was dirty and had hair on the counter and in the shower. We will not be staying here again.
I booked two rooms several months ago. When I arrived, they had overbooked, and given away both of our rooms. Terrible service, terrible operation, stay away.

The location is great, very accessible to the roads and next to a shopping center. The room was very comfortable, BUT there was a BAD SMELL in the room that didn't let us sleep all night and never went away. Also the room had only one roll of toilet paper, I asked for more but they didn't have any.
Hotel is located near a shopping center so it was easy for us to grab water and other essentials after our trip. There were also a variety of fast food restaurants nearby that was also very convenient.
You had to go to the front desk for everything ; dishware, towels etc. The windows on the outside really need to be cleaned. No hairdryer. 1 elevator did not work.
Locationnis great and all the stores/restaurants around it are in walking distance. The hotel claims a fully furnished kitchen, but there is nothing in the room. You have to request it and then they don't have some of the items, not even forks. Time for corporate to buy what they claim to have!!!
location was good, staff didn't really care, check in was horrible, room not ready, came back a few hours later, still not ready, said to come back at 5ish, are you kidding me. ended up splitting room to get us in. horrible breakfast. floor was sticky in the rooms, frig, (in both rooms) was beat up and didn't work well in one of the rooms. soap / shampoo was a joke or not even there. overall i would never stay there again nor would I ever tell anyone to stay there. I travel a lot and this was pretty darn bad. below a motel 6 level.
