Location was good. The property is mediocre The staff is OK I was not read it with a smile to. It was pretty clean not impressed with the furniture curtains were hanging off of the wall a little bit. There was a group of Mexican guys partying outside literally had a Hamic from tree to tree beer cans everywhere until like 1 o’clock in the morning I let the staff know with many of time and they didn’t do anything about it. The walls are really hollow so if you have anyone upstairs you will hear stomping. Definitely not a vacation spot but it’s OK if you’re just passing through for one night I guess. Oh and the elevators were broken and we were on the third floor so we had to carry all of our stuff up the stairs for three flights.

I am so upset with this hotel. I had originally booked for 2 nights but had to cancel one night due to an emergency. I contacted orbitz to cancel my night, the agent called the hotel directly and it was approved and they stated they wouldn’t charge me for the night that was cancelled. Four days later here I am still dealing with a refund to come and find out that the refund request was denied by the hotel directly. How unprofessional for a hotel to do this when it has been documented that they were going to cancel at no charge! This is beyond unprofessional especially going back and forth with the hotel and orbitz.

My 12-year-old lost her mask and when we asked them if they had a mask they said they did not. The toilet was clogged when we arrived that night and the desk clerk said he was alone and could not go up to check it. I asked for another room and they said that they couldn’t give me another room until they checked it. He said the plumber was out sick because he got the Covid shot The remote control didn’t work and they told me to bring it down to get a replacement. By this time I was fed up and didn’t even care to watch the television very disappointing. Will definitely not be staying there again.

I was very unhappy to take a bath with black mold growing around tub faucets. I told the front desk and even provided photos. No one ever came to remove the black mold. This kind of mold can pose a dangerous haze red for some people who are allergic. I was never contacted by the manager who had been told of the situation. If the room was to have been supper cleaned for Covid19 there should also be no molds “period“. There was also heavy weed being smoked on my floor. The staff used air freshener which only made the smell worse. I personally would never stay here again.

I have stayed here a handful of times and never had issues, but this last stay was not my favorite. The tv was not working right and at one point I couldn’t turn it off because the remote wasn’t working. The light near the desk table kept going on and off, I payed for the wifi upgrade and still had issues using my laptop to a point where I couldn’t even use it. The elevators were not working, but that isn’t a big deal. I also wasn’t able to get any snacks or water from the vending machine. Again no problem really since there is a target near by. I’d just suggest not charging for Wi-Fi upgrade if it doesn’t make a difference in speed or connection. The staff was welcoming and great as always and the room was very clean.

Great location right off I 5 and in empire's shopping area so you can just walk to restaurants. Friendly staff although in the evenings they only have one staff... feels understaffed...

Easy access to airport, shopping Nice, clean, quiet. Breakfast is disappointing. Packaged muffins and granola bars.

Room was comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, hotel could use some updating.

This hotel was the least expensive of those close to Burbank airport.
