Looks like they're upgrading the property rooms. We did have a nice room. Restroom is very small. Remote to TV didn't work for power and volume and couldn't program but they gave me a remote from office worked fine. the
I think staff new I was getting the Orbitz price and put me in the hardest room to get to. Second floor with no elevator and I told them I had several bags. There were clearly vacant first floor rooms (shades open, etc.) My room window had no lock. In that part of town, I was a little nervous even walking down the street for dinner while leaving it unsecured. Zero water pressure from the shower head. The faucet worked fine, it was like a clog or something. I called the front desk and no one answered. Had to try to bathe from the sink. Useless stay and I would prefer to get my money back.
They should offer more options for their continental breakfast.
Well at lest it didn't have cockroaches, but did have ant's. the floor was very dirty' it turned our feet black, so we couldn't walk in bare feet, jet tub very noisey , and had to take the AC cover off, Kinda disappointing for a Wyndham property.
The front desk let me pay early so wen me and my wife came back at 3p thet just handed us the key..very quick..room was excellent and we even got more towels and cups...we will be going back
It was a comfortable place to stay. Pleasant area. I totally love the location.
our room has a vaulted ceiling and a skylight in the bathroom. Non-smoking room doesn’t smell like smoke! Very satisfied
The room stuck when arriving. The traffic is loud. WiFi works off and on. Shower was good

The staff in the front desk are less friendly. I asked if I can check out late around 1:30pm instead of 11:00 am because I need to wait for my friend to pick me up from his work to the airport. The pm staff told me he will charge additional $10 every 30 minutes and the lady who work this morning 1/7/2019 she said the hotel charge $25 dollars every hour. So, they were giving two different rate and information. I was very disappointed with the front desk staff. Bad service and no consideration to the guests. I will never go back to check in to this hotel ever again.

Hotel adjacent to PCH. Loud. Had a shower/tub in the bathroom, but also had a Jacuzzi bigger than my bed in the room. Room was dark. Not enough outlets. Bed was a firm as a marble kitchen island.
Don't stay here. It's ghetto. Old. Room smells. Nasty staff.
