Experience with this hotel was poor before I even stepped in the door. Attempted to revise my reservation with the hotel in order to utilize a 15% off coupon through Orbitz but their General Manager avoided my phone calls as well as Orbitz's. The very first morning there, our morning was disrupted by ABC Studios hammering away all the way from the lobby to the front entrance as they were preparing to do some filming. Of course, no notice was provided whatsoever by the hotel management that this might be disrupting us in the early morning when we checked in just a few hours before.

Any of the front desk staff and Steve the shuttle driver will go out of their way to help make your stay great. It's the best service I've ever received.

Will never go back. Would not go back. Want a total and complete refund.

The Coast Anabelle was lovely. They have off street parking which some hotels don't in LA area. The staff was the greatest. Very friendly. We had a couple of problems (a sticking bathroom door, and the battery on the smoke detector beeping) and they had someone dealing with it right away. We even found an apology letter on our desk. They went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. I went to pick up food for my hurt friend. They told me I didn't have to wait. They brought it to the room-no charge for room service. The complimentary bathrobes were a nice, unexpected surprise!

I can't think of any issues that we had with the place. It was very clean, comfortable and convenient. Quaint and quiet. Disclaimer: we didn't spend much time at the hotel, (other than to shower and sleep) but any time spent there was pleasant.

Overall the hotel fit our needs perfectly. It was just me and my teen daughter there. Neither of us wanted to swim which was good. The pool is actually across the street connected with the Safari Inn but used by Coast Anabelle as well. The location was good. We had a newly remodeled room which was great. The hallway carpets were stained in some places and smelled of faint cigarette smoke. The room service was timely. We never had an issue finding a parking spot.

Our family of four adults were very pleased with the accommodations. Although we stayed for only three nights, we would stay again. The restaurant served a fine breakfast each morning, and the menu for the remainder of the day looked very inviting. We were too busy to dine at ant other time. I understand the Saffari Hotel, also on the property, is dual owned, and offer gym services and pool visits.

Hotel was very nice. room was great though bathroom only had a small shower....Restaurant was good in fact...we ate there every day of our three day stay....yum yum...I guess guests from the Ellen show stay there a bit...We enjoyed our stay in a safe clean hotel...will use again...Hotel was a bit hard to find as coming from N.Calif...there is no off ramp to the 134 just goes E and then you have to double back.....

It was well located for my business however, they charged a "mandatory" internet fee of $5.00 per day which I was not informed of at check in. I did not use the internet but they said it is a charge every customer must pay regardless of use. The bed was very firm and the hotel in general was a bit more run down that I had expected. I would not stay at this hotel again.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. It was a wonderful experience because all the attractions where near by. Hotel. Our room was very clean and cozy. The bed was made nice with good pillows. We both love the shower in the bathroom very romantic. The parking is free but the internet is $5 a day even though you use it or not. The restaurant in the hotel called" Olive Bistro was good but the service was a little slow. The only downfall is the refrigerator in the bathroom and it hotel gets a little noisy because of the busy street. I would high recommend this hotel to anyone.

First of all the Customer Service was outstanding. These days people don't understand how to give Customer Service, but this hotel was great! Room was clean and comfortable. We were close to NBC studios, so it was a quick drive to see The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Didn't try the restaurant, but looked good.

Was good for me as the location is near my family. Small lounge area closes early. I prefer this as I like a quiet atmosphere. Small restaurant, pleasant atmosphere very convenient, food average but menu offered plenty of selection. Pool and exercise room in hotel across the street owned by the same company. Only disappointment - room had no tub, only a dismal looking shower stall. Room was clean and staff friendly.

Staff was friendly, room was comfortable, and the coffee shop downstairs served good food at a reasonable price. Seems like so many places in Los Angeles are either too expensive or dumps. This place was a perfect in-between.

Very classy hotel...not a 5 star but its very nice. The staff was wonderful with everything. After a red eye flight, we arrived at the hotel at 9am hoping we could at least hang out in the lobby til check in at 3pm. They had a room that had not been booked and let us check in early... welcome relief and we were able to get some great sleep before venturing off to City Walk. The in house restaurant, Olive's bistro, had very good food for breakfast and dinner. The bus stops are directly outside the doors of the hotel and we were able to catch a bus to almost everywhere we wanted to visit. And the bus drivers and other pax were very helpful. One thing that put a slight twist in our plans: When I booked the hotel, it said one of the amenities was an airport shuttle from both Burbank and LAX. They DO NOT have a shuttle to and from LAX so we ended up at the last minute taking Super Shuttle for a cost of about $90 for two of us. Two other things we were disappointed with were; the pool, while nice, it was on the property of, and shared with the hotel next door; there was a fridge in the room and coffee makers, but no micro wave. A microwave would have been nice to reheat leftovers from the restaurant. Overall, it was a nice time and the hotel was great.

Great location for Hollywood attractions. Short drive to Hollywood BLVD and Universal Studios. Also Warner Brothers studios. Good neighborhood, not sketchy at all. Room was clean and beds were cozy. AC worked fantastic. They did charge a $5 daily "On demand" charge for the computer system in the room. We never used the computer/internet feature, but its necessary to make the TV work, so we were charged. Parking can be a bit troublesome if you arrive late at night. Olive's Bistro in the hotel had good eats

Clean comfortable rooms...small hotel, personalized service, would definitely go back
