Front Desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast staff was nice and attentive.

Nice hotel with reasonable rates, great breakfast for $11.95, convenient, all good!

We only stayed one night but the stay was very nice, spacious room, staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was amazing. Will definitely stay here again!!! Plus it was right near the outlets!

Hotel was perfect ! Breakfast buffet could use some help!

I was impressed with the room I reserved for a friend's wedding at Eastwind. Very spacious, very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay very much and would like to stay again in the future.

We were at a vineyard wedding on the North Fork. This hotel was very nice.

Bathroom shower head sucked & wasn't fancy enough for the amount of money I paid. I was un-informed that breakfast for children under 5 was free. Pool was nice but was unaware that there was an outside hot tub, which sucked because I would of went in it. First floor wing was the party wing though, too much money. My child and I were locked out of the room and left in a freezing hallway because my card key stopped working during our stay. There was no direction on where to turn around since the exit was only one way. BAD LOCATION.

Yes, it was Labor Day weekend and the place was probably filled to capacity. But when you are three people who book a room with a king bed (it was the only option), you expect that for $445/night, you can get a cot. This hotel had six cots, and they were all taken. I got a piece of foam with a comforter and sheets to lie on, as well as a free drink at the bar for each of us and the offer of a drink from the pantry on the way out, but I don't understand how a hotel of this caliber, charging so much money, can justify having only six cots on a major getaway weekend. But to be fair, the place was clean, and the staff was nice enough. They were just unequipped. So I can't say "Don't stay here" on the whole.

I stayed overnight at this hotel and it was awesome! Room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable! I had the whirlpool in my room and it was amazing! I had room service and it came quick and hot ! def recommend a stay here!

Clean, coffee complimentary, pretty patio, Access to freeways

Nice rooms, very helpful staff. Decent food in hotel lobby. Convenient to mall.

Good location for exploring the Hamptons and the North Shore wineries. We really enjoyed our stay here.

ONE NIGHT STAY IN THE HAMPTONS TO VISIT FAMILY.ROOM READY BY 1:00PM DAY OF ARRIVAL, VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. STAFF VERY FRIENDLY. POOL AND FITNESS FACILITIES VERY CLEAN. DID NOT EAT AT THE HOTEL BUT BREAKFAST AREAAS BUSY IN THE MORNING. FOR THE LOCATION VERY REASONABLY PRICED. DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM OUTLET SHOPPING.

We were on Long Island to visit our grandson for his 4th birthday. We had a great time and everything at the hotel was great. It made for a wonderful weekend and we will return when we are back visiting in the future.

Took 98 year old grandmother here for Christmas Day from nursing home. Opened presents in lobby near fire and Christmas tree. Grandmother had best Christmas in years! Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very clean and the room was a nice size. the hotel is 100% smoke free...Its was easy to find.. last exit on the long ilsand expressway. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel in across the street from the tanger outlets stores and many places to eat in the area. The hotel is about 25 minutes from the hamptons. I would definitely stay at this hotle again.

close to wineries and acroos the stret from shoppping outlets

My husband and I got a 'whirlpool' room - and this meant a nice clean jacuzzi tub right in the bedroom. The room had a dramatically high ceiling and a ceiling fan, in addition to standard HVAC, which I love and don't remember ever seeing before. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Nice flat screen TV didn't have the best reception...front desk attendants were pleasant.

Went shopping

This was one of the better hotel rooms I have had this year. The comfortable chair and ottoman were perfect for watching TV. The adjustable hi-back desk chair was perfect, and the bed seemed to be memory foam. The front desk staff were a bit unhelpful, however. When I arrived I asked to be upgraded to the next level room. They told me that despite an abundance of rooms, their computer system did not allow them to do it. It was a bit mind blowing. Even the manager gave me the same story. The internet was so slow that I went to Starbucks. Finally, on the second day there it seemed to be working better. The temperature in the business center was about 100 degrees. I had to prop the door open even to last fifteen minutes in there. I asked about "saving" a movie that I had been watching on the flat screen TV. I was told you could not do it...but then I found that it is one of the major features of their system. The room had no bath tub...only a shower. Fine by me but some people might mind. The restaurant chosices are abundant but tend to be mediocre. The hotel staff send me to a "family run" steak house that turned uot to be a mob scene. The steaks were "Sizzler quality" and most people there were just interested in the 24-36 oz portions. The location of the hotel was a bit of a pain. It is on a divided highway that forced you to constantly drive a mile to make a U-turn before heading to any malls or restaurants. The Tanger Outlet mall is right across the street but you can't get there without driving. The breakfasts were much above average...but not free. Still, I appreciated the omlette station and fresh fruit. The exterior of this hotel is beyond bland. It sort of looks like an industrial office building...all grey and boring. As is the case with many suburban hotels on weekends, a large sports team checked in...and of course pounded the floor above me. They all stick about 4 kids in each room and then they stay up half the night.
