Cute hotel with professional and kind staff. They always greet you with a smile and encourage questions about the area and nearby attractions. The Melina was terror. Very welcoming and helpful with a comfy bed, hot shower with heated towel rack, and a specially brewed cup of coffee in the morning. They went beyond the call to make the service perfect. And the perfect place to stay for sights and choirs.

A warm & friendly home away from home

I had a lovely stay at the Melita hotel. Anna & Cash who both worked in the reception was more than friendly, they were lovely. The atmosphere is warm and familiar the staff is more than helpful. Although the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast they offer free coffee and pastries in the morning to take into your room if wanted. The also offered a discount at a restaurant nearby for breakfast out. This hotel is my only choice next time in London

Check in was easy and they let us store our luggage while our room was being prepared and we found a place to eat breakfast (we got to the hotel around 10am). It's in a nice part of London, had several restaurants within walking distance and was an easy walk to public transportation. I think the room was a little expensive, but no more than other places we stayed in other countries we visited.

This is a go-to hotel of ours in London. Good location for us. However, like many of the converted hotels, the rooms are small, there are no lifts, and AC is lacking. Our room got a bit too warm, even in early June.
