Although I was given a Club room, with coffee machine, bottled water and fridge, the room was very noisy. The mattresses and pillows were poor quality, so sleeping was a challenge. The TV did not work and I was informed that there was an issue with the antennas affecting the entire hotel. Overall a very disappointing stay & I won't be returning.

Great location and clean room. Mattress was super hard. Despite requesting an early check-in several times, upon arrival there was no room ready for me. Complete lack of hospitality upon arrival. I had to really advocate for what I needed. Personally, I wouldn't stay here again, but it was clean and in a great location, so Im sure if I had encountered nicer staff I'd enjoy coming back.

Upon arrival I was given a room without power…..seriously. They then wouldn’t move me because the hotel was fully booked - it really didn’t look like it. In the end I had to change hotel, and they have refused to refund. I usually go across the road to Central Park but this week it was slightly more expensive - I wish I had just stuck with them. Honestly, in 2026 - expecting a guest to have a room with no power, it beggars belief.

I mainly chose this hotel for its excellent location, which didn't disappoint. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, I had some issues with the room key card; it failed to work several times, and I had to get it fixed at the reception 4-5 times during my stay. Aside from that, everything was great.
