Checking in was a nightmare, due to having to wait in the lobby area for at least 3 hours. I was not made aware of how to lock the door, and no one helped me resolve having access to Wi-Fi because the settings were not the same as the instructions I was sent before the stay.

I wouldnt stay here. Although the area was good, the carpets were horribly stained. The apartment had a wierd smell and one bathroom sink wasnt even usable it was blocked. When i asked for someone to fix it i was told i would get a refund as there wasnt anyone avilable to fix the issue. After i left i have since contacted the property who now refuse the sink was blocked. Not a very good experiance.

Amazing property, everything was exceptional.
Some improvements/ feedback:
- Overall, property was slightly run down & carpet outside of our room was really dirty.
-Im aware all reviews mention no AC and i knew that when booking, but it would be very helpful to have AC especially as we went during a heatwave in august.
Conveniently located and central to the DLR crossharbour, south quay and canary wharf for when we needed the Jubilee line. Nice quiet way to end the day. Comfortable 3 bedroom property. The Tesco Express is right next door to the apartment. Easy to check in and out. Convenient and comfortable 3 bedroom unit for my family of 5. Will have everything you need to be self sufficient. Condenser washing machine and dishwasher. Needed some dish soap and a vacuum so we could clean up everyday.
