Amazing 1 bed flat with everything you need for your London trip. It is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay including Television and Wi-Fi.
During your stay the entire property is it is all yours for your own private use!
This flat is the perfect base to explore central London: and is very convenient for Lord’s Cricket Ground and Little Venice, as well as close to Regent’s Canal and Regent’s Park.
Edgware Road Tube station is only 5 mins walk.
Flat is on the 3rd floor.
Other things to note:
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M. instead of 3 P.M.
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to submit a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
No noise policy in-place between 9PM to 7AM.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.
Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of £55.
