Called the office the day prior to check-in due to forecast of 8-12inches of snow starting Sunday midday. Asked about option to reschedule, nope. Asked if checkout could be extended/if level 3 would we be charged to stay until Monday - they were unwilling to provide direct answers or provide reassurance “we don’t typically do xyz.” Ended up leaving after the first night to avoid the snow which did end up as forecast. Cleanliness - upstairs carpet stiff and dirty, pots/pans dirty/caked. Grill was dirty/caked, dust and cobwebsAmenities - hot tub jets barely work, host-provided instructions to operate electric fireplace did not work. Overall our experience with 1st Choice Lodging was very poor. The cabin complaints are easily fixed, but the customer service appears to be “We got paid, we don’t care”
