Nestled on 5 private wooded acres, this pristine 2 bed, 3 full bath Jubach log home provides immediate tranquility in the heart of Hocking Hills. Relaxation can be found on our walking trail, indoor wood burning fireplace, covered hot tub, quaint outdoor fire pit and lower level entertaining area with bar. Guests are only 4.5 miles to Old Man’s Cave, 2.5 miles from downtown Logan. Must be 25 years or older to rent. AWD/4WD recommended in all seasons.

4th of July weekend stay

Very nice clean property secluded and quiet.Enjoyed the big deck and hot tub.Kitchen was well supplied Which is a big plus for us since we cook most of our meals. Check-in/check out process and communication was great.

First time in Hocking Hills

Me and my Husband stayed 5 nights at Arrowhead lodge. The property and house are beautiful. Very private. Has a gate at the road which we loved. The house is beautiful inside and just as pictured and is very clean. The beds were very comfortable, good quality sheets and pillows. Relaxing rocking chairs on the front porch that we used to drink our morning coffee. We enjoyed the fire pit area and the charcoal grill as well. I would rate the above a 10/10. I was however super disappointed with the hot tub and the deck furniture. We were looking forward to relaxing and using the hot tub every evening. I read a prior review about the hot tub/outside furniture issues but assumed they would have been addressed. We couldn’t use the hot tub at all during our stay. On the entire left side of the hot tub none of the jets worked at all and on the right side that does work the jets have minimal pressure. The water was cloudy which may be due to the lack of pressure. I was super disappointed because we wanted a cabin “specifically” with a hot tub. We also would have enjoyed eating dinner, having drinks or just relaxing in the sun on the Adirondack chairs outside but couldn’t because all of the above were covered with pollen and green algae, so we didn’t use any of those at all either. I would think that these could be addressed with a quick scrub with the right solution, you couldn’t just wipe them off. Not having a working hot tub was a huge disappointment and damper on our trip.

Nice weekend getaway

We had a great weekend at arrowhead Lodge! The cabin was impeccably clean inside with everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The only negative that we found was the deck and deck furniture was very dirty.. Seven out of the ten chairs around the fire pit were broken and filthy. The hot tub was also in very poor condition with only two of the jets working. We liked the location and the privacy.

Perfect get-a-way

We loved our time at this beautiful cabin. Extremely clean and has everything you need to make meals. The full size shampoo/conditioner and shower gel was a nice touch. Perfect location. It was so nice & quiet. We will definitely stay again and recommend to my friends and family.

Great Location and nice private Cabin

Beautiful setting, and under a 10 minute drive to the State park Trails. The cabin was clean and was perfect for our family of 5. I would book again based on the overall experience. There were a few things that I will say negatively, upon arriving after dark I left my wife and 3 daughters in the car to unlock the door and get some lights on. I noticed that the back slider to the deck was unlocked, a bit unsettling in an unfamiliar area at night. I checked the house and brought everyone in once deemed safe. The communication was lacking a bit from the property manager. There was a small roof leak that they knew about and waited to address with me after we were in the home, not a big deal, I told them we are gone most of the day hiking and leak got fixed. when I brought up a large amount ants in the upstairs bathroom and the unlocked slider I got no response from them. Days before the trip I messaged asking if there was a crib and never got a response. The overall stay was great and liked the cabin a lot, just a lack of communication. The last thing I will say is the loft and stair railings are not safe for kids, more like a split rail fence. The stairs are steep as well.

Great location but hot tub and roof issues

Location was fantastic, but the hot tub was unusable due to debris floating in the cloudy water and the roof leaked. Do not know if the debris was dirt of pieces of the cover falling into the water, but did not want to chance it. It rained both days we were there, so it was disappointing not being able to utilize the hot tub. The roof leaked in multiple spots in the upstairs loft and one of the leaks in the bathroom ruined some of my wife's makeup products.

Arrowhead Lodge

My family and I had a wonderful stay! We spent 3 nights, and it was a pleasant experience. The property was large with a fire pit, hot tub, lots of outdoor seating, and the cabin was beautiful. It was within 10 minutes of Hocking Hills trails, and between 5-20 minutes of restaurants (depending where you go). We felt safe and loved that it had a gate with a code upon entry.

Quiet, cozy cabin.

Nice cabin. The hot tub was sort of small and missing some covers on the return which could be dangerous for younger ones. It was nice to have a fireplace but the instructions to open damper was a little confusing since it was already open and didnt look like it could be shut. I brought a bunch of dvds to watch for Christmas but there was no dvd player. Overall a nice place and would book again.
