- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. Beautiful detached villa with stone lined pool. Newly built and for 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en suite, Kitchen fully equipped and opens directly to the living room creating very clear spaces with windows to access the pool area.
The exterior of the house is surrounded by shrubs and flowers. WIFI available.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00. € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:
BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM. 
The price includes 300kw of electricity consumption. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out and in case of exceeding 300kw the extra kw will be charged at 0.30€/kw. 
A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20€ /night.

Eine wunderschöne Villa

Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl in dem Haus gefühlt, unserer Ansprechpartner bei Übergabe war sehr kompetent und sehr sympathisch. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Wir bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit. Die Infrastruktur der Gegend ist nicht optimal aber das braucht noch paar Jahre.

Die Villa ist sehr schön, gute Raumaufteilung, gemütliche Terrasse. Der Rasen ist Kunstrasen, super begehbar. Leider wurde der Pool nur einmal am Anfang gereinigt und war nach 2 Wochen trübe und grün, daher nur 4 Sterne. Küche ist ok, Badezimmer sehr schön mit großen Duschen.

Schönes modernes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Schönes modernes Haus mit Garten und Pool. Etwas abseits gelegen, aber dafür sehr ruhig. Wir können es nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wir waren zu viert und hatten genug Platz. Nur das W-Lan ist super langsam und reicht gerade für ein par Nachrichten, aber das ist im Urlaub zu verschmerzen.

Beaucoup trop éloigné de tout, trop peu équipé et surtout PAS de WIFI!!!

Trop cher pour la prestation. Maison éloignée de tout (30 min d’un vrai supermarché), la calanque de Cala Pi est très décevante, surchargée avec l’eau trouble. La maison est sous-équipée, la Wi-fi ne fonctionne absolument pas, c’est de la publicité mensongère!!! Il y a seulement 1 seul parasol qui date du siècle dernier et le barbecue est certes en dur mais son équipement laisse à désirer. L’eau de la piscine était sale et trouble à notre arrivée. Le poolman ne vient qu’une fois par semaine, le mardi...pas terrible en terme d’hygiène. Bref, très décevant pour le prix.
