Mold was found in room. Manager and corporate DOD not provide a full refund despite being told I went to urgent care. The manager told me “We have a business to run and you should’ve told me something after 4 nights. “ I got sick on the 3rd night and started “inspecting the room” after my doctor visit when I got back. Found mold under sink. Also, bathroom boards were popping up. I went to Walmart and purchased a rug after the first night

I enjoyed my time at Motel 6 in Livermore

Heating and air conditioning state of the art for 1950. No heat with thermostat turned up. Fan in room running continuously . Towels dingy and in need of replacement .Property windows need replacement mildew damage.

Didn't get room I booked both wife and I are disabled and was given a second floor room. Had to take this room cause needed a fridge and microwave for our meds, asked for a smoking room and couldn't get one, the oool was closed, was missing light bulb over sink and there was blood droplets on the floor. I could go on but that is enough

It was a good experience. In the past, I was unhappy because the staff gave me problems, but it's members are more cooperative now.

Quiet and comfortable the only problem is the sometimes night shift and morning shift workers be sometimes very rude and doesn’t realize it

I’ve pretty much been to this location almost 50 times and I was told I would get a discount the next time I come or give a good review. Still waiting for the discount. Also some one told me since I had came and stay a lot the one time my card decline I could stay just for that night but ended up cold outside
