Waterpark Hotels in Lithia, FL

"Parking was terrible. Couldn't locate the self parking lot that is apparently within a couple of BLOCKS of the hotel so we had no choice but use the overpriced valet parking. Very nice valet guys, though. Had no idea the hotel is undergoing major renovations so we were walking through construction to get to/from our room. The term "lipstick on a pig" describes our room. Also, the street noise was horrible. Don't do "city view" if you can avoid it. Staff overall were very friendly. Beds were ok. Towels were decent. Should have just stayed outside of the city for a lower rate."

"Our room was disgusting, smelled like cigarettes,the door was broken, there were people up all night making noise, the bathtub was broken…"
