We chose this hotel due to its close proximity to transport routes as we wanted to visit several WW1 battlefields also the hotel had a restaurant we are both senior citizens. On arriving the hotel seemed OK, the room nice, we ate a reasonable dinner and breakfast was ok, of the four nights we stayed, the restaurant was closed 3 nights for dinner, this disappointing to say the least as we had to go out hunting a place to eat ok there are restaurants within 50 metres but most of these also closed or unsuitable for our taste, on the Sunday when we returned from a day out, our room had not been serviced, we complained to reception who never offered either an apology or a another room, but said she would speak to"housekeeping " car parking is available at e12 per night. Come on Radisson, your supposed to be a **** hotel, overall we where very disappointed in this hotel
Hotel a bit out of the centre of Lille, near the football stadion. Easily reached from the highway (bring your own wheels) nice rooms with all amenities expet fridge. Large flat screen, in room safe and coffee maker, good walk in shower. Comfortable bed.
Great location about 15 mins from Lille, France. Breakfast very good. Same everyday but great fresh selection. Typical European. Rooms clean. Room accommodated 5 people. Gym had nice new equipment. Highly recommend.
This was my second visit to this hotel (my partner has been many times before) and I really cannot fault it! Rooms are clean and pleasant, dining room airy and spacious and food amazing! In the evenings this time (as its summer) we sat outside to eat and drink on the bar-terrace, All staff go the extra mile to be pleasant too.
We were only here at this hotel for a quick one night stay during our recent travels to France. Staff were beyond helpful and friendly (thank you Annikka!) Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. This would be a GREAT location if you were coming to see a match at the Stade.
Part of the Vimy 100 tour. Tour group booked us in the hotel for a couple of nights. Room was clean and decent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would have to agree with previous comments regarding breakfast. For a 4 star rated hotel, the breakfast selection was at a 2.5 to 3 star at best. Sometimes there were not enough food, eggs were under cooked, and an odd choice to have American style beans. Also, they only had 1 coffee machine on the buffet side. A good example of a similar rated hotel breakfast buffet would be the Campanile Euralille...
The hotel is kind of ok-ish. Not very impressed. A little bit impersonal in decorating. Room was ok, quite spacious, comfortable bed. Good and efficient staff. No big diversity for breakfast. Small and crowded breakfast area.
Clean and modern hotel, Clean and fresh. Staff is welcoming and serviceminded. Downsides are the resturant. To simple and athomosphere is Cold. You sit in the same area where the check in is. Breakfast needs more options.
Two nights with our family to explore Lille and surroundings, this was our base. Good hotel, decent services, proximity to highway and metro (but no noisy rooms) made this a great place to stay. There's parking in the basement, a couple of chain restaurants and supermarkets nearby for a quick snack and you're in Lille city centre in under 10 min by cra. But what really charmed us that this hotel had a beautifull extensive breakfast bar! Smoothies, juices, hot and cold dishes, selection of breads and cheeses, we enjoyed an unexpected brunchy start to the day. Just check what are the events in the stadium next door. It might just get less relaxed when there's a match!
It's a ok hotel if you are attending or planing to visit the Stade Pierre-Mauroy Arena. Its just a couple of minutes to walk there. It's also a mall and a shopping area nearby (15-20min walk). The rooms are standard rooms, nothing special but comfortable. There are no minibar in the rooms, good to know if you need to cool something. A bar in the lobby and a restaurant that I didn't have time to try out. A downside is that the rooms are really not sound proof. I could hear my neighbor snoring. Breakfast was nice, but you have to order to get some eggs. There's a parking space under the hotel witch is comfortable. Overall it's a good hotel close to the arena but far from the city.
