Great location to train station. Super clean. Wonderful service from staff. Unfortunately bed was very uncomfortable. Coffee in the room was not special. Free coffee in the lobby would be a better offer. Would use this hotel again but check the bed first

We arrived by train. Train delays led to missed connections and although we were suppose to arrive at 11:30 PM we didn't arrive until 5:00 am. The staff at check-in and check-out were very helpful and allowed us to stay an extra 2 hours. This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel, we stay a 3rd time 10 days later, and this is our "go to" hotel in Leipzig.

Ein super Hotel, direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof, in 5 min ist man zu Fuss in der City, Brühl-Mall, Oper, in 10min an der Thomaskirche. Sehr praktisch. Die Zimmer sind modern und neu und sehr sauber. Mit Wasserkocher für einen Kaffee/Tee. Service an der Rezeption und an der Bar ist super nett. Frühstück hatte ich dort nicht gebucht, daher kein Kommentar dazu.

Einzigartig war das unfreundliche Personal in diesem Hotel. Personal an der Rezeption welches unfreundlich wird wenn man Fragen zu den parkzeiten hat, nur weil er es nicht richtig erklären konnte und die Schlange immer länger wurde oder Personal welches einen auslacht nur weil man nach 3 Std. keinen Parkplatz findet. Sollte man nicht auf Kunden loslassen. Hilfestellung außer einen Zettel mit Infos Fehlanzeige. Dazu kommt noch, das beim Frühstück nix eigenständig aufgefüllt wird. Erst wenn man jemanden anspricht. Teilweise gab es aber auch 1 Std. vor Ende der Frühstückzeit Sachen nicht mehr und dafür 18€ pro Person verlangen 👍. Wir hatten ein Familien Zimmer welches von der Größe einem Einzelzimmer ähnelte. Wir hatten keine ablagemöglichkeit für unseren Koffer (nur wenn das Bett frei war) und auch beim bewegen im Zimmer ist man immer irgendwo drangekommen. Was wir auch noch nicht hatten, das die Wände dreckig und sogar Löcher (Abdrücke) in den Wänden waren. Fazit von uns: Nie wieder dieses Hotel in Köln. Wir waren schon in einigen Hotels dieser Kette aber das wie es hier war haben wir noch nie erlebt.

Hotel war sauber und ruhig. Zimmer war geräumig. Kopfkissen hart. Betten waren weich. Gutes Frühstück mit ausreichend Auswahl. Beim Frühstück Personal Anfänglich locker und freundlich, dann später mit extremen Bedürfnis seine Meinung kund zu tun. Parkhausanzeige defekt, was den Eindruck erweckte,dass es voll ist, was aber nicht den Belegungszustand entsprach. bestimmt gerne wieder....
