Renovated Landaiser house with heated saltwater pool and very spacious terraces and well-kept grounds in a quiet location in the Claouey-Cap Ferret peninsula. The bay beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

The house has a large living room with an integrated kitchen, sofa corner, TV, portable Wifi stick G4, dining table, shower room, separate toilet and fitness room.

Upstairs are 4 bedrooms (one of whom is accessible from the smaller double bedroom and has no door) :
A parental suite with a 1.60m double bed, TV and private shower room, 1 bedroom with a 1.40m double bed and adjoining children's bedroom with a single bed (no door between them) and another bedroom with a small single bed (for kids).
A new wooden garden house with private terrace, studio like living space with sofa bed and little kitchinette, small single bedroom and shower room.
Very nice terrace area with lots of garden furniture, driveway.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.
