Welcome to Sweet Dreams! A home away from home with views for miles of the tallest 14'ers in Colorado! Just minutes from hiking, biking, fishing, snowshoeing, skiing and so much more, this house is great for everyone looking to explore 10,000' up near Leadville, CO. This ground-floor unit sits perched above the downstairs rental and comes with privacy, views, and a quiet environment. Whether you sit on the patio and look out over the Sawatch Mountain Range or recuperate with a dip in the hot tub you will feel right at home at Sweet Dreams.
Recently upgraded to beautiful new countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms the house has all the amenities you need for a short or long stay. There is a hot tub privately located on the back side of the home. There are 3 bedrooms, a king bed, a queen bed, and two single beds. There are also two pull-out sofas located in the living room. The road leading to the home from the highway is gravel for the final portion; however, it is county-maintained and plowed. There is a one-car garage spot indoors and several more in the driveway available for your stay.
Please Note:
There is a downstairs renter in the basement of this home. Our renters have their private entrance and their own parking spot. They will not disturb our upstairs guests.
There is a $50 pet fee per pet.
