Enjoy a private home in Las Vegas. Plenty of room for parking on the personal driveway or curb. A nice peaceful neighborhood, and huge backyard! Stretch out in the living room with your own 65 inch smart tv, or relax in either queen bed. Bedrooms have full closets, dressers, nightstands and air purifiers within to ensure your quality of sleep. The front bedroom also has a smart tv. The full kitchen is yours for the using, whether it is a simple meal, or fancy feast. Equipped with pots, pans, plates, cups, wine glasses, stovetop, oven, microwave, rice cooker, air fryer, toaster, full fridge/freezer and many more items. Laundry is available in the house with a washer and dryer located just off the living room. The backyard has space for eating, BBQing, relaxing, and even a fire pit. Huge trees provide wonderful shade while enjoying the outdoors in private. This house is 5 minutes from downtown, 2 minutes from the freeway, and central to Las Vegas.
