Honestly. We will go again. But this time we won't mess around with exploring the other casinos. Many of them were dingy relics of what they used to be. The Venetian was a whole city to itself. We felt that if we ever go back to Vegas, we would simply stay at the Venetian and not venture anywhere else. We made the mistake of eating outside in one of the other casinos and were so disappointed. We felt pampered and spoiled at the Venetian. I had wanted to stay at the Bellagio before we arrived. But after our experience....I wouldn't even stay there. This was the place for us.

First time in Las Vegas and very happy we stayed at the Venetian.

Had a great time but not happy with $50 for spa. Expensive

The room condition is great as it is a resort place and they actually charge for that. But, no free drinking water in the room, which is actually worse than the three-star hotel in China. Las Vegas is a place to spend the money, and of course the hotel is doing a great a job to let you achieve that goal.

Quite a few of the hotels on the strip are worn and weary looking. Not so the Venetian. Everything is polished and maintained beautifully. It is very clean. Everything looks and feels high quality.

Love the Venetian. Lots of dining choices. The shops are all in one area and atmosphere is very romantic. I love and admired all the decor and feel. Takes my breathe away. I spent 3 nights for my anniversary. Will do it again soon.

One of the best hotels on the Las Vegas strip, but the resort fee totaling $40 per day was not included in booking price on Orbitz. Very misleading as actual cost was over 10% higher per day than cost when booked!

Everything was perfect. The staff were all very pleasant.

Our room wasn't great for a view. Overlooking a parking garage with literally nothing else to see. Front desk said they were full but we think that was just because we booked through Orbitz. A friend booked through the hotel directly and was switched to another room with an awesome view. This was really depressing cause we paid for a better room than he did. The casino is nice and inside the room was great. Don't break into the fridge unless you want a $30 fee but that is typical Vegas and elsewhere. Arrange for a private ride unless you want to wait in taxi line for an hour but again, typical Vegas on a good weekend. Hotel has lots of food choices from expensive to cheap which is great depending on how the tables and stripclubs treat you. Like any of these big hotels that have everything in them: prepare to do some walking to get to anything.

I had a great stay; I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Room was burglarized. Told it takes 72 hours to investigate and 30 days before they let us know what result is. Room was entered the next night but we were there. Person got away. Door was not ajar. Maintenance tested it and was working perfectly. They had to have a key. I found a housekeeper supposedly cleaning rooms at 1 am with the cart in the room behind closed door. I doubt they will reveal the true results of who was in our room. Their security and cameras don't appear to be for your safety. Just for theirs and the casino.

Welcoming experience that began with the valet staff. Polite and hospitable - made us feel like we'd just arrived "home". Loaded our bags from the car promptly and with a smile, directed us to the check-in area. Our check-in agent, Andrea, was very friendly and accommodating. We had back to back reservations for 5 nights - one at Palazzo and the other at Venetian. We asked if she could help see if we can remain in the same room rather than move about. While we expected most agents to simply say "no, I'm sorry, we can't", she took the effort to call in to get approval. We were appreciative of her efforts and especially since we didn't need to move about. Not that we didn't have any faith in her, we were actually pleasantly surprised that our keys actually did continue to work when the first reservation ended and the 2nd began. And, when we called up the front desk just to make sure all was in order, they all seem to know what's happening. It was painless! So refreshing when the staff gets things right and when a big organization seems small enough where everyone knows everything that goes on. Keep up the great work, staff of Palazzo!

The rooms were clean, the entire staff in the entire hotel was extremely nice.

Very large hotel, more like a maze. Not easy to navigate. Items from my first night room service meal were not removed for two days.

Excellent hotel, walking distance to other hotels that were of importance.

We had 6 guests fit into the Bella suite at the Venetian. There were two queen-sized beds and one pull-out couch. There was ample room for all of us. The Venetian had a great location as it contains all the shops and restaurant in its Grand Canal Shoppes. The room was very spacious. I wish there was an area where the shower was separate from the sink/toilet. Because the shower had a glass door, you couldn't walk into the bathroom without getting mooned.

Do not touch anything in your room. They charge you even if you remove an item and put it back!!! ... and this is how the rich get richer!

This is the best hotel I've ever been I highly recommended

We loved it here. Lots of restaurants and shopping though not much for kids to do but overall we cant wait to go back!

This was our first time staying at the Venetian and it was absolutely lovely! Being and orbitz VIP hotel we were offered a $25 bar credit, and a 1pm late check out. We arrived early at 7am and opted to add a "smart plan" which was an extra $40/day which allowed us early check in, 2 free beverages at the cafe, 50% off drinks at the casino bars and upgraded to the fastest speed wifi. Would totally recommend to anyone who will be working on their trip! All in all it was a wonderful stay and we would stay again.
