Loved the pool area. Wish i got to use it more. Loved the atrium.

Great location, pretty much everything is within walking distance

This place is huge! So many fine restaurants and entertainment all in one place. The staff was very nice especially Darius from the Heritage Steakhouse and 1 Oak team. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was great but the hotel needs a little update in the rooms.

everyone we encountered was helpful and pleasant. Lots of dining options.

Loved the Stay Well floor where my room was: aromatherapy, circadian lighting, etc. I did not like the hubbub of the casino. Prices in the Pantry (24-hour snack bar) were shockingly high , e.g. $20 for a sandwich. The Cirque du Soleil show on the property was fabulous! I’d stay there again, despite high food prices (which are all over Las Vegas).

Staff was friendly, my room was well tsken care of. Overall my trip was great because of where i stayed.

Nothing stood out either way. I found the casino a little small and didn't spend much time there after the 1st day as I felt I had done it all.

It never ceases to surprise me how your fees seem to rise every time I stay with you. I realize that you are in the business of making money but surprising me with extra fees is very frustrating. I also don’t appreciate trying to be tricked into paying for things that should probably be free.

We upgraded our room when we arrived to a Penthouse Suite. The room was beautiful. The bath towels had holes in them and the soaking tub drain didn't work. Other than that, our stay was great. Great location on the strip. Nice to have a car rental in the hotel as well.

I think Vegas in general is way out of line with pricing I was not happy with the resort fees the extra money charged to my account for vending machines and the prices in general. Vegas is very crowded and the experience has been diminished by the greediness. It’s not enough they get your money for gambling. When will people say enough is enough?

Even though I paid for Room to stay in the hotel over night, you charge me for parking. We feel that's a rip off. For years you could park in any garage on the strip even though you weren't staying there for free. Your resort fees are outrageous also.

Resort fees PLUS daily parking fees of $15 is over the top!!! Parking fees should be INCLUDED in the resort fees!!!!’

Minimum sportsbook bet was $500 to get a drink ... $350 got u a “sorry, minimum bet is $500 to get a drink ticket”.... Staff was pretty good but more than a few employees seemed bothered and uninterested in guests... Waitresses were a bit scarce as well so u will find urself paying top dollar for drinks at the bar... The hotel is very nice and comfortable.. The tub in the room had blood or rust in it which was gross.....also found some strands of hair around... Luckily, I visited with my brother and not my wife so IT IS WHAT IT IS.... Caesars is gonna have all of my business going forward

Nice location on the Las Vegas strip , walking distance to other hotels and casinos .

Very nice place and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

A little dated but good price. Would recommend to someone looking for an affordable stay.

Nice hotel completely in the middle of the strip activities. Resort fees are an increase to room rates. Not justified. Hotel staff did not advise where the amenities were or fully what they were for. Most of the hotel amenities were closed for maintenance.
