Check in at the hotel was easy and the room was nice with a pool view. We have stayed at the Mirage the last 2 times we went to Vegas and had a wonderful experience both times.

Hotel is nice, rooms need a refresher. Bathroom soap & Kleenex box paint chipping. Grout in shower discolored.

It was a really nice hotel with a great floor plan!!

Upgraded the room.....chairs dirty and chipped, sink wouldn't stop girgling, toilet seat wasn't stable, shower needed calking...black colored, garbage can chipped and worn...and MORE! I wouldn't stay there again. I usually stay at the Wynn or Bellagio but my friend like the convenience of this hotel. Ugh. And this was an upgraded room. Yikes! It needed a lot of work to get it in satisfactory condition. Irene Gunnette Send this to the Mirage

We had issues with our a/c not working properly. One night we had to open a window . No matter how low you turned down the thermostat at one point it was turned down to 50 and was barely comfortable.. Plus one side of the room was cooler than the other so we had issues of one person being cold while the other was hot. I called the front dest twice and was told someone would be right up. Our floor never had ice. we had to go to different floors to get ice, most of them were out too. And no fault of yours I have walking difficulty and our room was so far from the elevator it was uncomfortable to walk, however I did not make you aware of that.

Beautiful and clean hotel, but not the Mirage I remember when Vegas really knew how to deliver customer service. We waited in line to check-in at 11:15pm for 15 min because they didn't have enough staff to move things quickly. The online check-in kiosks were covered and unavailable. Our room was clean and fairly spacious for a double queen. The bathroom fan didn't work. I requested a rollaway when I made our reservations. I was told at check-in that it would be an additional $40. There is also a resort fee which no one mentioned at check-in. He just circles the policy as he is giving us our key. I still haven't received my e-mailed receipt so I guess I will find out. Treasure Island charges $35, so thinking it should be about that. Be aware that you are charged for parking even though you are a hotel guest. $12/day.

Nice, comfortable, great restaurants, fun atmosphere

Mirage has been around forever, so I didn't have high expectations. But bed was comfy, the room was bigger than I expected, and modern amenities! There are a ton of fountains, the Secret Garden was fun, there is an incredible some with gorgeous trees and plants, and we loved the aquarium in the lobby! Classic resort, still modern, good rooms, had a great time!

I made a reservation on Orbitz for one night, I was passing through Vegas for an evening event and leaving early the next morning. When I arrived at The Mirage, I was told the room level I paid for on Orbitz was not available and given a lesser room and a $50 food/beverage credit. I was able to use $35 of the credit because I went out of my way to eat a late meal. The tip was not covered under the credit, it was charged to my room. It's a pretty savvy trick to downgrade someone's room and give them a food/bev credit when you know they will only be in town for less than a day. The room itself didn't hold up to today's standards, the bathroom was extremely undersized, like you'd find at a 15 year old Fairfield Inn. In checking out, I used by room TV and the instructions indicated I would receive a receipt via email. I got nothing - this was a business trip so I will have to eat the $20 parking, $8 tip and $20 or $30 resort fee (I don't recall the resort fee amount BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A RECEIPT). With valet tips, etc. my little 14 hour stop at The Mirage ended up costing me about $100 out of my own pocket. That isn't going to happen again.

Not what expected seen videos and I expected more of it... it was my first time and last time here

Advertised price on orbits was $139. Arrive to be charged a $39 resort fee. Effectively making the hotel cost $178. Would have picked another Hotel at that price. There were many options. Be upfront on your pricing! This was dirty tactics. can totally understand a $10 fee or something along those lines.... But this increased the total cost by almost 30% I am angry with both the hotel and orbitz. And will think twice before using either service in the near future.

The Mirage Resort and Casino was a great. The staff is very friendly, attentive and genuine. The room was large and the bathroom quite big as well. We upgraded our room for a view and it was fantastic for my first ever visit to Vegas! The casino, various restaurants, a theater, spa, fitness center and a pool are all on the first level. You really have no need to go anywhere else, the resort has everything! We ate lunch at The Pantry -- really nice place -- customer service is spectacular! The fitness center had a good amount of work out machines, barbells, dumbells and kettlebells - it was impressive. I recommend staying at the Mirage Resort & Casino anytime you travel to Vegas. Make sure to get a room with a view!

Rooms are pretty standard, bed was comfortable. The casino was fine, bars and restaurants are pretty good. The pool kinda sucked. Much better pools and other resorts.

Paid for 2 queen bed premium view room thru orbitz. Had 4 people in the room. Was told only 1 king bed in that room. Well that won’t work. Only option given was to eat the cost of the room I prepaid and accept a down grade room to get 2 beds. Never offered any apology upgrade discount or anything. Just that I should have booked thru hotel not third party. Very sad that the front desk agent could have made my stay a pleasant one but instead gave me a bad taste in my mouth and crappy service. Pretty much said I should not have booked my trip thru orbitz and it’s my fault. So I probably won’t book thru orbits of the properties don’t keep the reservations we pay and book for

Duty and to laoud during the day you can’t not sleeping

Everything was great. Close to other great cansino. Will stay there again.

Maybe not as glamorous as a hotel like the Palazzo, but definitely a nice, comfortable place to stay.

Great rates exceptionally good buffet it ranks as one of the best one's I have had in Vegas so far with drinks for Brunch tops it off just right

Enjoyed our stay there... Pool is huge, Carribbean-resort-style. Lots of dining and bar options, even if ridiculously expensive. Awesome event center (was there for a conference). Walkable to many nearby attractions.

This Hotel could easily be anyone's favorite hotel in Vegas! From the helpful staff to the amazing decor to the Lively Casino the Mirage offers a great Vegas experience and will be a great memory to have of Vegas. I'm happy that I picked and stayed there. Great Hotel on of the best I've stayed in.
