rooms were really small and out-dated... much nicer hotels on the strip at comparable prices wouldn't recommend

From the moment we were greeted at the reception desk, our experience was delightful. This mother/daughter pair comes to Las Vegas every year, usually in April. We have stayed at a couple of other hotels, but keep coming back to the Mirage.

I would rate the hotel and staff highly with the exception of prices for food and drink. We ate off the resort most of our time there. The cost of food and drinks were excessively high. It's highly unlikely we will ever return to Las Vegas.

Beautiful atmosphere, absolutely loved the aquarium behind the front desk, and the atrium. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location! Nice staff & comfortable room. The super buffet was awesome! Love it that all you can drink wine and beer are included in the price!!

Just ok. Not a special place but good enough for a "guys" weekend

Center of the strip great location. Hotel is good but does not compare to Bellaggio or Caesars but is priced right for what you get.

Would have been one of the best trips if not for the sour taste of Resort Fees. The hotel is beautiful and they pay close attention to details. Judging by the crowds, Mirage is of the more popular casinos on the strip. I just wish I knew about the hotel fees up front.

The Mirage hotel is clean, the rooms are big and the staff is nice and accommodating. My complaint is the amenities for the money they charge. There is no refrigerator or coffee maker. These are extras and you have to pay. Because of this I will not be returning to the hotel.

The front desk staff ,concier and the pool bartenders were excellent. The hotel is clean with a good variety of restaurants. I attended Terry Factor show it was very entertaining. I have also seen love in the past and think it's one of the best shows on the strip. However I found the casino waitresses very rude!! And the club 1 oak staff is a joke!!!! I would never go to 1 oak again and I told all my friends don't bother. There's plenty of good clubs with great staffs in Vegas. So basically I would recommend staying here if you don't want to gamble in there casino or go to there night club.

All of the hotel staff were very nice. Our room was on the 24th floor. Our elevator only went to the 24th and 25th floors, so there was no wait. Bed was comfortable, and the room was always clean. Despite a line waiting to eat at the Pantry, they were able to seat our party of seven quickly. Pool area was perfect, and The Secret Garden was a refreshing escape. And, the added bonus of the Beatles Love Show right there, made it a great vacation.

We had a nice stay at the Mirage; the front desk staff was pleasant and easy to contact and the room service staff was very friendly.

Very enjoyable.. everyone friendly and helpful..that is it in a nutshell..

Very friendly staff Hotel room always clean Recommend Cravings Buffet for breakfast and/or lunch If you're in the 21 to 25 age range I wouldn't recommend this resort especially if you're looking to party sun up to sun down.

The rooms are extremely loud. We could here every door slam shut in our hall and ppl talking. The cleaning dtaff is also very loud a bit to early in Vegas, around 8am. :( The pools were great, and the location is pretty good.

No perks, tax on room, even if you don't use the facilities. Restaurant staff at Burger Restaurant very ignorant and food was disappointing. Treasure Island, next door, is better.

My husband and I traveled to Las Vegas March 2017. Very clean, great location right on the strip. Room was quiet, had an awesome view on the 12th floor. We were able to check in to the hotel an hour early with no extra charge. My dislikes would be that it was $40 extra/night for a refrigerator in the room. And there weren't many servers around when gambling to offer and bring drinks. Overall, we liked it and would stay here again!

The food a cravings was great and so lvb burgers , the hotel was great and had great customer services.

Upon checking in we asked for a extended checkout and were given an extra hour which was super appreciated. The do have the option of an even later check out for an additional fee. On the day of check out the bellhop stored our bags unitl we were ready to head to the airport which was great. The hotel was centrally located on the strip and provided walking access to all the near by hotels and casino's. We took a taxi wherever we needed to go that wasn't walking distance. The hotel itself was nice and updated. Our room was clean and very spacious. One of our pillow's did have an old stain but otherwise we had no complaints. The staff were super nice and helpful anytime we had a question. We checked out the pool and it was great in terms of size and chair offerings however due to the weather we didn't get the full experience. The hotel bar Rhumbar was a great time and for breakfast the Pantry was excellent!

Charge the Resort fee once - at check-in. The $3.71 charge to print a tour voucher was rediculous! Las Vegas 'nickeled and dined' us - just charge the 'bottom line' and be done with it!
