We had a wonderful stay at the Mirage! The timing for weather was perfect. In the upper 80's in LV, but snowing at home in NJ. We went to the pool every day! Concierge, Front Desk and MLife staff were very accommodating and we were happy to be comp'd shows and food while we stayed there. We will definitely go back to stay at the Mirage! Overall, it was one of the best vacations we've had in a long time.

Mirage is very clean, reasonably priced, with great entertainment and dining options. And to top it off. Their staff was incredibly friendly & helpful.

I really liked the online check in and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. To be honest, we got there late afternoon and just stayed the night to head out to the Grand Canyon with my family early in the morning. Pool was closed and the secret garden. I'm sure it's wonderful if you stay the whole day.

They allow smoking in the casino which was a big turn off. Everything was over priced from bottled water to dining. Pool area was very nice as we're the employees.

Our first time Vegas trip with the kids was great. Loved where we stayed. Everyone was nice, and the facilities were great. One of the things I would address would be our mattress felt like I was sleeping in a hole. They need to be changed, room 6024. Also, letting people into the pool area before 9am to save all the good chairs is big no no. My wife got there at 9:03 am and mostly all the chairs were taken already. The best chairs infront of us that were saved never showed up. We sat in the back rows from 10 am to 2pm before hotel staff came to move the towels to sit some others. And we had to ask 3 times those should go to us, finally they gave the people waiting our chairs and we moved. Other than that we had a great trip. I would stay again.

Nice room when we finally got into our room. We checked in around 10:30 am and asked if we were able to check in early, they said we will see what we can do and we will give you a call when your room is ready. We waited all day finally I had enough and called at 445 pm, and they said our room was ready, after being transferred 4 or 5 times. I asked why we never received a call and they just said they don't know what happened. I never received an apology or anything from them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Nice hotel is in good location. The staff was very helpful throughout.

This property is in a great location. The staff were great, the room was comfortable and the amenities the hotel has to offer are plentiful. Also the brunch buffet is the best we have ever had.

Hotel was a bit pricy and in need of some updates. Very smoky at times as well.

Had a great time in Vegas. A lot of things to do and see.. hotel was very accommodating.

Beautiful hotel, large room with great views. Very friendly staff throughout hotel. Lots of different restaurants and bars on site. Beautiful pool, but short pool hours. Located right in the middle of all the action on the strip.

The rooms were dated ,,,, nothing exceptional about the rooms ,,,, standard hotel room

We were sold on a $15 upgrade per night. Higher floor, pool view with peaks of dolphins, private elevator. Well, we got 24 floor. Room was found with some puke or cake on one side wall. Facing freeway not pool. Next night our toilet didn't flush and we found more gel like stuff by one side of the bed. Disgusting. Quality of this room was terrible. When we complained, the staff was rude and said we let you change rooms but you didn't as if somehow the lack of cleanliness is not their fault. Ridicolous.

The Mirage is a well maintained tropical-themed hotel. As with all Strip hotels, the obnoxious resort fee is tacked on after the cost of the room, even if it is winter and the pool is closed, you are paying for it. You pay for the exercise room, but cannot use the sauna or hot tub without additional fees. But that is not just the Mirage. Generally, though, it's a very nice hotel and relatively quiet.

Hotel was clean and updated. Rooms were nice and the view of the volcano was cool. Casino was nice and not smoky. The buffett had great food.

Resort fee, have to pay for parking, have to pay for coffee, no coffee maker in the room the pool was empty, closed for cleaning everything there was a fee for it I did not feel like a guest

Excellent place, happening place, right balance of business not as over the top as others but also not slow like others. Fabulous grounds Also right in the middle of everything. Staff was very helpful and friendly everywhere. The only thing is the building is a little old and the only place you notice it is in the rooms, modern decor but windows could be a little bigger.

The Mirage is a great place to stay, awesome vibe and very friendly workers. Centrally located between all the other casino sites.

We received a free breakfast for two and it ended up being the worst experience ever. We got sick and we were not able to enjoy our stay. We are so upset that this happened. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay or eat there. So disappointed.

Had a nice time. Lots of fun, would come back. Thanks.
