Hotel need to be update. Price are terrible A lot of unexpected payments. Huge queues at restaurants to eat. The prices are terrible

Do not recommend for family. Super stinky. Not clean. Not what I expected. Not worth for the price at all.

For starters, the king bed room I had reserved wasn't ready and would have required a 2 hour wait, so I settled for a room with 2 queen size beds. The window didn't open even a crack for ventilation and offered a view of the Trump eyesore. Housekeeping didn't arrive until 6 pm on Saturday and required a fellow guest to translate for me that I wanted my room cleaned even though the housekeeper was right across the hall. Furthermore, my card key stopped working and twice I had to wait for hotel security personnel to let me into my room. I've had a sentimental attachment to the Mirage because it's where I stayed on my first Vegas visit, but after this experience I'm ready to stay somewhere else next time I travel to Vegas.

Clean, nice room, volcano was fun to watch. Crazy pricy to see the dolphin exhibit.

Pool area is great. And the restaurants were pretty decent other than overpriced. Had I known you could smoke in the hotel I’d have looked for another hotel to stay in. We had some mold in our room in the shower which concerned me as I have a young son who stayed in the room as well. Overall the pool area was a win and that’s what we enjoyed the most.

How clean and polite everyone was. And that the bed was super comfy.

Great location. Plenty of amenities on site. Friendly staff.

The pool area was beautiful. Perhaps it could be enhanced with a few more restaurants, but no real complaints!

We just had a disappointing experience with a reservation experience at your Heritage restaurant. I went to counter to book reservation for 6 at 6pm for 7:30 and was told they don't take reservations at that time. Which I understood being that it wou be the busiest time. But we went back at 7:30 and no line up. The same guy asked if I had a reservation! I said. U said I couldn't make one? And he responded "I did, I said that? I was so mad , we left the and didn't use any restaurant in your facility for the balance of our time there!

I love everything about the property not one complaint

Loved the pool area. Wish i got to use it more. Loved the atrium.
