Resort fee, have to pay for parking, have to pay for coffee, no coffee maker in the room the pool was empty, closed for cleaning everything there was a fee for it I did not feel like a guest
Excellent place, happening place, right balance of business not as over the top as others but also not slow like others. Fabulous grounds Also right in the middle of everything. Staff was very helpful and friendly everywhere. The only thing is the building is a little old and the only place you notice it is in the rooms, modern decor but windows could be a little bigger.
The Mirage is a great place to stay, awesome vibe and very friendly workers. Centrally located between all the other casino sites.
We received a free breakfast for two and it ended up being the worst experience ever. We got sick and we were not able to enjoy our stay. We are so upset that this happened. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay or eat there. So disappointed.
Had a nice time. Lots of fun, would come back. Thanks.
It was my first time in vegas, I love it the only complaint I have was the panoramic of my room, to empty pool and back of the buildings around that was a boomer for us.
No tea coffee cattle no dryer no clineness no good
Great location on the strip. So many other new hotels to stay at
Had a great time. See ya soon!
The check in was a mess. Wendy, the desk agent was clueless. Our reservation was prepaid, we should have only owed for the daily resort fees. She kept arguing that we had to pay the nightly room rate. I showed her the orbits receiot and she finally believed me. Said she would take care of it. More later about that. I have a broken foot so I asked for a room near the elevators - we were assigned a room quite far from the elevator. So we were off to a rocky start. We were so tired we just kept that room. Bed was super soft and it sloped out towards the edges so all night long we felt like we were falling out of the bed. Room looked nice, decor was pretty. Everything was clean. They have a tray of snacks and refrigerator full of stuff - if you move anything you will be charged for it! You cannot use the refrigerator for your own items. Water pressure was horrible but there was plenty of hot water. Casino was nice, and the location was awesome. When we went to check out the room charges came back - so we had to deal with that! Overall - ok. We won't go back, though.
Went to have a nice, weekend . The bed was anazing. I didn't want to get up. Wish I had this bed at home. Will return to this great comfortable place.
No coffee maker in room, broken clock radio. Good staff, pleasant check in experience.
On the Vegas strip, the overall experience defines a hotel/casino's overall rating. The restaurant experience was poor for the prices charged. A poorly made $20+ burger and fries is just one memory that drove my rating. Little things with the rooms, like being stingy with towels, makes me think they are not thinking of the customer when setting their policy. I left thinking I wished they were better.
The hotel was very nice right in the center of the strip. Staff was friendly and accommodating it was very. We had an AMAZING stay we will definitely be back to the mirage. Thanks Mirage for an amazing time.
We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was in walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants
Had a good time at the mirage for the most part. Plenty of eating options good location. What I didn't like was rooms were a bit outdated. They didn't provide a coffe maker in the room. Not sure if this has become the norm on the strip but was my first experience with it. OverAll clean hotel and a positive experience . Might try other options next time.
Hotel is okay , staff is very courteous. But I do not like charge on parking
Nice stay and would stay here again. Within walking distance to everything
Precio cómodo para lo bueno del hotel, buenos restaurantes y un show espectacular. Lo recomiendo.
Fluffy beds, good location, nice staff.. great restaurants
