Mirage Resort & Casino

Everything was amazing but rooms could use a little updating

6 of us recently stayed at the Mirage (june 18-20). The GOOD: central location on strip, volcano eruption, close to Ceasars. the BAD: constant incense type smell, ridiculously high prices in general store and restaurants, The UGLY: deceptive practice of charging you $50 if you even look at something in your room fridge. You won't see the sign about the $50 restock fee until its too late. Why would a hotel do something like this to its customers? That does not inspire us to return. Also, the check in process is very confusing. They have fees, charges, card holds for charges, etc. You are never sure what you are being charged for. We have never had such a confusing check in/check out process at any other hotel we have ever stayed at in our 50 years. Why???

Comfortable room love the pool and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Mirage seems just the right size to me. Some Vegas hotels are so massive they're too much. Mirage manages to hit the right spot -- still a resort without being overwhelming.

First Class Hotel , plenty of facilities , well situated in the main Las Vegas Strip . My main reason for staying there was to attend the Cirque Du Soleil Beatles Love show , which was breathtakingly unique and I came out of the show & immediately purchased another ticket , went straight back in and watched it again from a different viewpoint . The Hotel Staff were extremely helpful and printed off directions & addresses for places for which I had asked for information on .

I had a late flight out of Vegas and decided to book a room for the day at the Mirage to rest and chill by the pool and just be comfortable! I was able to get a fantastic rate which was perfect, at the lobby they checked me in early instead of the 3pm normal check-in time, which I really appreciated :)) Great room overlooking the strip, no noise besides a couple of hours someone was sounding like they were playing ping pong against the walls and floors upstairs and I could not sleep but was too tired to go tell someone... The room was super clean and modern, lots of space and comfort! Location is right on point, you are in the middle of the strip very easy to walk by to see the fountains show at the Bellagio and walk around! One thing I regret is I did not have time to chill by the adult pool they have at the property.

Very nice hotel, right in middle of strip. Great for walking to everything. Burger place, pantry, pizza kitchen and Starbucks inside were great, very friendly staff and very good food. Would def stay here again!

very good staff and the room updated , luggage staff was very helpful, overall service team was very great

Good hotel overall. Nice pool area. Casino area little outdated. Lack of good choices of restaurants. Restaurants hours and days of operation are also inconvenient.

Would recommend anyone to stay there and would definitely stay again.

The hotel room and self is pretty plain Jane. I have seen fancier rooms in a red roof Inn. The restaurants inside the hotel were a fair at best. The shows were great . Things are completely overpriced in the gift shop. For example a bottle of water was five dollars. In the bottle service in the room is ridiculous. $275 for a bottle of Petrone l. dear conditioning in the room cannot keep up with the temperature for during the day. Tried calling down the front desk three times to say something about it and the phone just rang and rang

Enjoyed our stay. Expect high prices for everything. Wish there were more places to lounge away from the smoke and noise. Nice pool but Loud music made it less relaxing. Poolside cafe was reasonable and nice setting.

We had a very good experience the only thing i do not recomend is the buffet at the hotel..but other than that all was great

I love the aquarium and the atrium so beautiful in the bed and the pillows were so comfortable

Staff is fantastic, great service and that alone drives my return to Mirage time and time again.

The staff and facilities at the Mirage were phenomenal. Clean, well appropriated and mellow-less of a party atmosphere inside than other hotels we saw along the Strip.

For a first time tripI had a wonderful experience and looking for my next chance to visit.

The hotel is not too big that requires a lot of walking from point A to point B

Room was comfortable and always clean. The Mirage offered everything we were looking for. The only negative are the resort fees. $39.68 a day for poor WiFi. The food choices were all excellent except for the Cravings buffet. The buffet food selections and presentation need a lot of work.

Over sell every chance they get, bad service, bad ambiance, not friendly staff
