First of all be aware of a daily resort fee that we were not aware of since booking through 3rd party. No prices listed on store items. Everything is priced about 3 times regular prices. 16 oz water is $5.00. Small bottle of Titos was approximately $56.00. Everyone goes across street to Walgreens to purchase snacks & drinks. Comps are a joke. We gamble big. Probably over $10,000.00 and received $86.00 in comps. Was gambling couple of times in High Dollar area and never offered a drink. Gambled at machines at bar area and was told they could only comp us a drink every 20 minutes. No umbrellas at regular pool area. Had to pay $55.00 per person to swim in pool with umbrellas. Was given one little slice of pineapple. Whoopee!!! Room was clean. Housekeepers do a great job. Stacks is an awesome restaurant and service is great!!! Will definitely not go back to Mirage!

The hotel location is good. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff is mostly good and friendly. No surprises other than the how far the hotel elevators from the check-in counter. used four of the hotel restaurants. The food was excellent and plenty. The manager of the LVB Burger was useless and could help the customers rather than chatting with the waitresses. The games were good, The slot machines are old and boring.

First night they talked us into a room upgrade to the stay well suits but left out the part of u have to download an ap and all the extras in the room are an additional charge. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The next day they gave us a room change and the rest of the stay was perfect. A bus stop right outside for the strip was very ideal for getting to and from shoes, shopping, and more.

While the facilities were top notch and the room was fantastic, my experience at the Mirage very negative experience. Our first morning, when we tried to use credit we received from a 3rd party (Orbitz) on brunch. The staff told us our credit had been used at 2am the previous morning, when the Cravings Buffet wasn't even open. After many calls and a lot of confusion, it was supposedly resolved, but that was not the case. I was charged three times for the buffet. Once for the full value without credit and once for the correct amount on the card I presented at the buffet, and then again once for the correct amount on the hotel bill for my room. The front desk was able to remove the amount from the room bill, but I had to personally dispute the extra charge on my other card. That same day while at the pool, both the cash from my wallet and my shoes were stolen from the deck chairs where my group laid down our stuff before getting in the pool. I don't blame The Mirage for the theft, but the follow up left a lot to be desired. I informed security of what had occurred, they had me fill out a report, and took photos of the chairs (not sure how that helps them). There were witnesses to what happened, but they weren't asked about the incident and the security guard essentially gave me the response that this wasn't a large theft and there was nothing they could or would do unless the shoes were later placed in the lost and found. From what others said, I was not the only victim that da

Good place to stay. Close to other casinos. Word of warning - go for the adult pool! Worth extra money! The lack of available seating and the amount of children at the large pool is unnerving. Also, the service is much better. I liked Vegas better before it became a Mecca for family vacations!

Great hotel! Location and clean! Great place to stay. The lottle Zoo is nice for kids!!

this was the perfect place to stay for our girls trip! we loved it! I love the shop that stays open all the time too! We hope next time we come we find a Gamblit table at the Mirage!

Alway enjoy staying here. But this time way to many kids, and dogs in the building. All the food places are getting way over priced.

Absolutely gorgeous views, and the best restaurants.

Everything was perfect, nice staff, great food, great drinks, great pool, the Dolphin/Tiger exhibit was well done and informative.

Las Vegas is a great place to visit, but it was too hot (116 fahrenheit). Next time I go will try to do it in Autumn or Spring.

Clean and comfortable bed hotel is in the middle of the strip easy access

The hotel, staff and everything about our stay was amazing. Our room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful as well. Not one complaint...

Everything was amazing but rooms could use a little updating

We book double beds. But they sold out on that weekend. They would charge $35 for rollaway. We never go back this hotel again

6 of us recently stayed at the Mirage (june 18-20). The GOOD: central location on strip, volcano eruption, close to Ceasars. the BAD: constant incense type smell, ridiculously high prices in general store and restaurants, The UGLY: deceptive practice of charging you $50 if you even look at something in your room fridge. You won't see the sign about the $50 restock fee until its too late. Why would a hotel do something like this to its customers? That does not inspire us to return. Also, the check in process is very confusing. They have fees, charges, card holds for charges, etc. You are never sure what you are being charged for. We have never had such a confusing check in/check out process at any other hotel we have ever stayed at in our 50 years. Why???

Comfortable room love the pool and shops. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Mirage seems just the right size to me. Some Vegas hotels are so massive they're too much. Mirage manages to hit the right spot -- still a resort without being overwhelming.

First Class Hotel , plenty of facilities , well situated in the main Las Vegas Strip . My main reason for staying there was to attend the Cirque Du Soleil Beatles Love show , which was breathtakingly unique and I came out of the show & immediately purchased another ticket , went straight back in and watched it again from a different viewpoint . The Hotel Staff were extremely helpful and printed off directions & addresses for places for which I had asked for information on .

I had a late flight out of Vegas and decided to book a room for the day at the Mirage to rest and chill by the pool and just be comfortable! I was able to get a fantastic rate which was perfect, at the lobby they checked me in early instead of the 3pm normal check-in time, which I really appreciated :)) Great room overlooking the strip, no noise besides a couple of hours someone was sounding like they were playing ping pong against the walls and floors upstairs and I could not sleep but was too tired to go tell someone... The room was super clean and modern, lots of space and comfort! Location is right on point, you are in the middle of the strip very easy to walk by to see the fountains show at the Bellagio and walk around! One thing I regret is I did not have time to chill by the adult pool they have at the property.
