Airport shuttle good, brkfst food; eggs, sausage potatoes good, Jimmy dean egg sausage in fridge was stale and had mold on it. Please add yogurt and salsa to your bkfst. Good noise control, could not hear airplane noises at all in my room. Woman at desk were great.

No restaurants near. Thank goodness the taco food truck was there with excellent food. Elevators were down for remodel but bell boy was able to assist with luggage.

First , the shuttle service from the hotel was so welcoming,driver very friendly. Our room was ready early and was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We were going to the rodeo at the Thomas and Mack center and it was within walking distance. Front desk was very helpful in finding the bus line to the strip and it was across the street. Very accommodating. In the morning we had an awesome breakfast, so much to pick from, hot and tasty. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was kind and very helpful. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevators were broke 😬 so we had to lug our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Other then that, nothing complaints.

The staff was very friendly, very convenient to NFR, and other attractions. The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean but on the smaller size. I have no bad complaints about this property, other than, it may look like a sketchy area, but all was fine.
