The room was perfect and they were very accommodating!! My only suggestion would be to buy some toilet paper to take, we went thru what was in there quickly and they charge a 30 fee to bring more. Other that, it was awesome!

Great spot for a quick vacation

Very nice place; as advertised

This is the second time I've stayed at an MGM Signature property and remain very pleased with the location and facility. I used the monorail extensively on this trip and it's great. The management of this property is top notch. Great tip.

The property is in a great location. There was easy access to casinos, dining, and shows. Communications with the owner was easy and responses to ours questions were quick. The room was clean and had a great view of the mountains and airport. Security guards were visible around the property making us feel safe.

Nice Place

Very clean, nice room. Comfortable bed and large bathroom. Not a great view. Overlooks Top Golf. Long walk to casino, monorail and restaurants in MGM Grand. But overall a very nice place for the money.

Great Location

Great location, room was very nice and as described. You can get to the strip directly through MGM Grand without going outside. It is about a 10 min walk to get into the MGM and then another 10 mins to get out onto the strip. Security was present at all hours so we felt very safe, we walked from the MGM to the room at all hours without worry.

High-rise perfection!

This studio was perfect and very generously proportioned; we stayed v comfortably as a family of four. It was clean, nicely furnished and equipped, quiet, and my kids loved watching the planes come and go on the airport runway (and despite being so close, you don't hear the engine noise). It was also great value pricewise; the cost of breakfast, lunch and dinner on The Strip would have been an arm and a leg; being able to self-cater saved us a ton of $$$ and we paid less than a hotel room would have cost us.

Vegas Vacation

Check-in was extremely smooth. The room was exactly as described. The room had all necessary amenities. Bathroom, shower and general room were all very clean. The floor to ceiling window was a great view. It looks over Top Golf and the airport. Communication was excellent throughout the stay. I would definitely stay at this location again.

We found a place very clean and quiet away from the busy strip! It was a good walking distance during the day no problem, but we had to take an Uber to reach our nightly destinations. There’s a cute little convenience store inside the second tower that stays open pretty late should you need some snacks or water. If you’re looking for a party hotel that is not the place, but being four girls in our 20s we were able to party and Uber our way back very easily. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful location for the M365 Conference

This condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean with no off-putting odors upon entering. The bed, pillows and linen were comfy. The desk and chairs were good for working on a laptop. The fridge and coffee maker were quite handy. It is very nice having bare fridge instead of a stocked fridge with exorbitant prices. Bathroom and shower are quite roomy. I did not use the jetted tub. The location is close to the convention center using a gated path available to guests of the towers. (use room card for access to the north doors of the convention center) The path is also a shortcut to the Wet Republic Ultra Pool at the MGM and Top Golf. Another great benefit is there is no casino "ding, ding, ding" when you leave the elevators. I would definitely stay here again.

Should stay away from the Signature at the MGM. Everything is above 4 stars except some reception and parking, some of the receptions will ignore you when you try to talk to them about the parking. The big problem is parking. They said in the description “free valet parking on site”, but you really have to be extremely lucky to get that. Even when you get it, you will need to wait 30 to 40 minutes to leave and get the car. If you park at MGM voluntarily, you will not get reimbursed. You will need to wait in line to get whether the valet is full. Then you will get reimbursed for the parking at MGM self parking and walk miles to get to the room. Main reason I choose this property is that there is no resort fee and free parking. You will get free parking but you need to waste an hour or more of your vacation time every day and walk miles almost every day. Never this property again.
