Very nice hotel. Bed were comfortable and the staff was accommodating

Great customer service

Not a place I'd take my family. Elevator smelled of heavy urine. Rooms were ok. Price I paid certainly wasn't what I got in return.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Property needs updating. Needs more than one washer and dryer available. Price was high for what you get. I had to stay an extra night and had to pay over $100 for that night but an individual infront of me was questioning her $42 per night bill.

Booked a room on Orbitz the night prior to arriving, only to find out when I arrived that they did not have a room for me. Was told that they had an “unexpected stay over”. Not sure why they said yes to that “stay over” when they knew they were already at capacity. They offered to give us two separate rooms that each had one bed, but that did not work well for our party. Then, all of a sudden, they had a room with two queen beds. The room smelled, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, and it was at the end of the hall. Had the makings of them knowing it was bad and intentionally not offering it (for good reason), but the experience of how it all transpired was odd. Their website also said breakfast included, however they were not offering breakfast. Completely understandable that it wasn’t offered during these times but they should update their online content. That was part of the reason we chose the hotel.

Desk staff was more than accomodating really friendly and personable. Hotel still hasnt released my $20 hold and its been a week .Second time this has happend with this chain.

Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices, including make your own waffles. Overall it was a great hotel, and I would definitely stay there again in the future when visiting relatives in the Southeast Massachusetts area.

Great room to spend time in while son attended out-of town prom. Nice, clean with well-lit work area, Internet access, and comfortable swivel chair. Good quality plasma TV. Complimentary breakfast included hot waffles, cereal, yogurt, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. Comfortable beds.

Staff was very friendly. Adjacent to highway. Great small town with everything you could want on one street. Clean, confortable room. Plenty contiental breakfast items. About 1/2 way between downtown Boston and the Cape.

I would like to add that if someone was paying $40 per night, that is an exclusive corporate rate that you would not be able to get walking in as a regular guest, so I can assure you that you were not paying more than the average guest here.
