The hotel was gross I checked in and and hour later I canceled my reservation and got another hotel the hotel was gross and offered no amenities for visitors will never stay in one again of recommend someone to stay there

I'm so sorry to hear that our hotel did not meet your expectations. Our intention is to WOW guests with super clean rooms and over-the-top friendly service, I'm sorry that was not your experience. Since we are more of an extended stay, we allow our guests to customize their experience and only pay for the items they need or want to use. When I got to the hotel, I waited for 30 minutes to check in. Then the clerk told me they only had smoking rooms available so I canceled my reservation and left.

The check in process was quick and the staff was friendly. The rooms are small but comfortable and had everything I needed. A kitchenette is included but it was something I didn’t use on this trip.

Not impressed as I had to PAY to exchange towels mid-week at the front desk. My floor REEKED of marijuana the entire week I was there. The staff was notified numerous times but NOTHING was done about it?!?!?

Noise, mattress was on a metal frame, couldn't sleep hurt my back, slamming doors, i was un aware that i would be charged for making a reservation, i didnt ck in until the following morning, asked about refund, sad wasnt even checked in, sink, toilet didnt want to work, lots of noise, heat wasn't working, had to go to front desk, phone didn't work, ive never had an experience like this before

This place is pretty bad. It smells strongly like smoke, the rooms are not fully furnished (I had a kitchen but not one single item to use in the kitchen, no cups, plates, bowls, silverware, etc.) and there was an issue with the door locks so the poor woman at the front desk, who was amazing and the one bright spot at this place, had to literally break people into their rooms and then when you left, she would have to do it again. This place is very bare bones and I do not recommend it.

In addition to friendly service, we are known for our super clean rooms and we are embarrassed that we disappointed you. About getting checked in, since we specialize in extended stays, we have set office hours instead of a 24-hour Front Desk. Were you able to use the lobby phone to alert the on-call staff that you needed to be checked in? I hope there was not a problem with that.
