Located in the beautiful historic Dixieland of downtown Lakeland. The property is walking distance from some our best bakeries, restaurants, and entertainment. The home is a 1 bed room with a brand new king bed, 1 bath, full kitchen (new kitchenware for cooking) along with washer and dryer located on the 1st floor of the duplex. You have access to 1 parking spot, and additional parking 1 block away.

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Edward’s place had everything we needed. It was very clean and close to everything. He was very responsive to any questions. Very close to Florida Southern. I would definitely stay there again.

Just what we needed for a couple of nights.

We liked the quiet little neighborhood and the accommodations in this little place. We had three people total and it was comfortable for us. We would choose to stay here again, if the opportunity presents itself.
