Let me start by saying the house is beautiful inside and out. From the minute we checked in we tried to get the pool/hot tub to work and the equipment would not work on either. Called the property manager and ran thru the instructions with him and he said they have been having issues with the equipment and said he would come over and look at it which he did. Said pool was going to be down for 3 days [only there for 4] and sorry they would refund the extra you pay for heating a pool or spa. I have 3 grandkids there and all they want to do is swim. Asked for owners number and he replied "I manage 35 houses and you deal with me" Finally owner called nice guy and after 2 days at least got the spa to work. As far as the house goes I have rented over 20 LHC properties and this place had NO supplies whatsoever. NO TP, NO Paper towels, no trash bags of any size, NO Laundry detergent and a couple Dishwasher pods. To me just charge 40.00 a night more and supply that stuff. Its supposed to be an enjoyable time and was not. So for any future renters, bring EVERYTHING, dish soaps, Shampoo and TP you name it. The beds were comfortable and the Tv's worked. If I was a rental owner again I would just charge a little more to cover all the small things and pre heat the pool maybe 6 hours before tenants arrive. JMO
