Shower took 5-10 to warm up to get hot water out of it. The refrigerator had no freezer section which is extremely important for me since I need my ice pack frozen to travel with my medication to keep medicine cold

Staff was good. Service was good with what she had to deal with. My room only had one towel and one floor mat. The front desk girl couldn’t give me anymore because due to the staff already been gone and it was only 430 to 5 o’clock. The linen room was locked and they didn’t leave her key. My room was not The cleanest in my opinion. it’s older I feel like they tried to remodel, but there is no upkeep.

Room was dirty. Water damage throughout the entire bathroom. When u brought it up to the front desk, because the bathtub was actively leaking out of the wall and onto the bathroom foot they handed me a thick towel to clean it up. Very disappointing.

I was charged 3 x for this stay & still waiting for a pending charge to lift. 1 face cloth for 2 people & when asking for another took 1hr for it to be brought to us. Restaurant had poor service. Overall terrible stay & wont be back

Great location

I always book a queen sweet for my family so there is enough beds for everyone. Free breakfast is nice, but we are too busy getting on the lake to eat. Very nice staff and bubbly bartenders. I recommend this place and it’s a great location to the marina.

Disappointed

The ac worked well and the beds were comfortable. However, we requested a ground floor room because we have a child in a wheelchair, but were given second floor. Even though I called to confirm they had first floor available before booking. There is not an elevator so we had to carry her and her chair up stairs. We paid for non-smoking room, but got a smoking room. It smelled terrible. The tub had shoe prints or foot prints in it and the pool was closed. The breakfast was good though. Just glad we only stayed one night.

Water leak and they had to move us at 9pm. No dolly’s and no elevator. I am handicapped and it was absolutely horrible to move. No towels wanted us to use pool towels. Poor bartender had no training. I will not be staying here ever again!

We went stocking feet in hotel room and our socks turned black! Couldn’t see dirt but it was there! Got there in evening and had to wait til next late afternoon to get towels for showers and have a dirty pool towel removed! Air conditioner made big banging noise every 40 minutes or so! Changed rooms about 10pm on final night there due to noise! Then they billed our account for 2 extra days, no reason why! Removed one immediately but had to call regarding second one! Waiting now! To top it all off I needed ice for my medicine and was told ice machines were working! No ice so they charged me $5. For a bag when ice was supposed to be provided! People were great! BUT good price or not I would not stay again! First ever complaint about hotel! And sorry, but our opinion!

Poor communication

Horrible! Checked into room and found out the water was out. Broken main water line. The lady at the front forgot to tell us the water was out before we checked in. Said it would be fixed soon. Fast forward to 1230am and found out they were moving people to other rooms that had water. I went to the front desk and they finally moved me to another room with water

The rooms were very spacious. The staff was excellent. The pool was green. The bathrooms were outdated. No washcloths. Breakfast was typical for hotels that serve it.
