The only thing positive I can say is the ANGEL at the front desk was amazingly kind and patient. Room was passable. Unless you wanted hot water for a shower or a clean towel. Had guest in 2 different buildings. I got hot water long enough to wet my body and soap my hair. Then ice cold for the time it took to rinse and jump out. 6 different rooms with occupants... 2different buildings. Same for everyone. Asked for a clean towel day 2 and was informed they were out of clean laundry. Did manage to snag one for 9 people on day 3 Breezeways littered with trash and cigarette butts. Ground floor for 4 people with limits mobility meant a steep staircase of cement steps down to our rooms. No elevator couldn't move is because we booked via Expedia Can't give an opinion on breakfast was too afraid to try Again. ANGELyou know who you are!!! Charming and wonderful, but has to work within the corporate rules. HARD PASS on this one!!!

The floors were dirty, no hand towels, wash cloths, or hand soap. I ask for 2 days for this to be addressed and they ignored it. Finally after another more serious complaint they had maid service mop. They left 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth with serious black stains. It was horrible.

Most of the rooms I have stayed in (over 6-8 different rooms over last 3 months) have poor water pressure to take a shower and the water takes minimum 10-15minutes to get warm or hot. Also many of the mini refrigerators in the rooms I have been in the freezer portion doesn't even keep things frozen; which is important to me for medical supply nessecary reasons.

The room was mid at best. The doors are metal as if you’re in a glorified jail cell. The walls are paper thin. So when our neighbor decided to come back from a night out and watch tv and do other upstanding citizen activities incredibly loud at 3 in the morning I contemplated my existence. If you can stay somewhere else I highly recommend it.

Dirty upholstery. Sticky floors. Site advertised a fitness room which was one reason for choosing hotel and they do not have a fitness room.
