The breakfast quality was terrible especially comparing to previous times It was obvious how they were trying to fill you up with inexpensive stuff

The set up of the resort focused on safety surrounding Covid19. The restaurants are expensive, but not overly so and not any more than any resort I’ve ever stayed at. And the food was great

The grounds are beautiful, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We told them we were there for our honeymoon (which is true) and they gifted us a bottle of champagne. It’s been one night of many and I’m anticipating it’ll continue

Amazing property! Definitely get the ocean view on the 9th floor. Well worth it!

Pretty disappointing given the $$$$ spent on this property. Rocky tiny beach with no place to lay down on the beach. Other properties next to this resort had umbrellas and shezlongs on the beach. Pool is overcrowded and if you don't get there early there is no way for you to enjoy it. Malibu beds overlooking the ocean are $130 to use! After spending $500/night 33/night resort fee I was very disappointed to find that the only way to enjoy the outdoor is to pay another $130/day. Oh and there is a surprise $22/night parking not listed anywhere in their fees. We also paid for a full ocean view room only to find out that it mostly overlook the dirty roof of the restaurant adjacent to the property. They did move us to the higher floor which made us "seem" better but was the same view from higher elevation.

It is a beautifully located property with many opportunities. We were treated well and we love all the beauties of the area, but it is aging in some areas. Our morning breakfast was huge and delicious.

Beautiful property, friendly staff, wonderful food. Only drawback was that our room was a little dated and our partial ocean view was more of a pool view.

Some of the staff was very attentive but seemed like we found ourselves in some sections with wait staff that didn't care. Needs another hot tub. Just the one and fills up with children whose parents are not watching them. Had to go over to the other Hyatt property multiple times to avoid the noise. All in all a good stay with clean rooms and beautiful property.

The staff especially at the pool, water slide, outdoor pool restaurant were often rude and unhelpful. Someone even snatched and yanked towels out of my wife's hand like she was a thief and stole a purse. A more appropriate response would have been something like "Miss, we have an issue with people coming off the beach and stealing our towels can you please go to the counter located at (direct to the location) and they can assist you with towels." Most employees seemed like they had little interest in being helpful, doing their jobs, or being of service. The food quality and the Luau, pool side restaurant, as well as the steak house were also all disappointing. I will point out on the last day the front desk did give us a very late checkout time with no additional cost which was helpful and very much appreciated.

It was pretty, kid friendly. The beach was too short. We wanted to play beach volleyball and needed to walk to larger beach for that.

The hotel is currently going major remodeling as of 12/18/2019. The construction woke us up every single day at 730 am. The pools are not heated. Very small spa that will fit maybe 12 - 16 people. One spa for a resort that has hundreds of guest. The construction is really in your face everyday.

The pools and facilities were amazing! Every single employee we encountered was friendly and helpful!!

Overall the hotel is nice and the staff is great. They are currently renovating one tower so part of hotel was closed including the star gazing at night. The rooms that are not yet renovated in the middle tower feel old and dated and our room had small ants in the bathroom. We upgraded to an updated suite and were much happier with that room

The property is absolutely beautiful. So clean, so perfectly kept. If I had one compliant it would be when your on vacation, you always have left overs from restaurants. Every room should have a small micro wave as well as a small refrigerator. Lovely resort!

over priced for food and drinks. resort fees are are over priced along with having to park your car.
