Beautiful property Right on beach Landscaping and pool maintenance daily

The Service is world class! The bell hop, the front desk men, the valet were so cool and had outstanding Aloha spirit. The hotel updates are nice. The pools are fantastic. We had a great breakfast with waitress Flow attending to us. We will come back!

Wonderful stay, really no complaints

😀

The property was beautiful and the pool was super neat as well with a cave bar and water slide

The staffs were very accommodating and friendly. The resort was beautiful and had lots of birds and wildlife activities to see. The pool was awesome. The food was great but more restaurants need to open and open late.

The total experance at the property and will return soon.

Great Resort. Several pools to choose from and other activities near by.

The swan court & duck hill & pond were pretty. I liked the exotic birds in cages & the penguins. The shops were good, the water rental shop, and the gym were all good. We enjoyed eating at Sonz steakhouse & the Honolulu coffee shop. Things we did not like: 1) the self parking is too far away. Could there be an easier way to reach it? 2) The morning buffet was overpriced and too busy. We sat at the bar both times we ate there. 3) There are not enough pool chaise lounges for the amount of people lying at the pool. People were staking out their chaise lounges at 0600 in the morning. There should be more staff to monitor the chairs. If people are not using them, they need to be released to another person. 4) There should be an iced tea, lemonade stand for the middle of the day. The coffee shop closes at 12:00pm. Maybe provide iced tea, lemonade in the lobby area like they provided coffee. 5) We were on the 14th floor facing the ocean and it was really noisy. People were playing games below us in the evening at 10:00pm and they were really loud and boisterous.

Beach side, nice pool and good amenities. I didnt like that they did not have openings for their own restaurants and Luau

This was our first visit to Maui and the Hyatt was a great choice!! Very good amenities with great pools (some which are even heated!), few small water slides for kids and a big water slide falling into a 9ft deep pool, ping-pong table, nice walking paths around the property, and daily activities around the hotel (like meeting a real mermaid at the pool, Uku Lele lessons, bracelet making, hula dancing lessons, etc). Be aware to schedule activities in advance. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel, its location and our entire stay. The walk to Black Rock beach is short and it's a great place for snorkeling. The hotel beach is very nice, although the sand strip is very short... if you have kids that want to play on the sand, go to the south side of the hotel, where there is a bigger area with sand (but the beach is not so beautiful there) or walk a bit north (closer to Marriot hotel the sand strip is bigger). The sea is simply beautiful and we saw sea turtles daily! At the pool, most of the time, the pool chairs are taken by guest towels who are not using the chair and guests who want to sit/lounge have no available pool chairs. The "rule" of 1h for unattended objects at the chairs should be enforced. Most chairs are "reserved" by guests early morning (before 8am) and when we got to the pool, there were no chairs available nor guests on the pool... In addition, the pool area could use more umbrellas for shade. The amount of shade close to the pool/beach is limited.

This is a beautiful property, and the very last resort going South along Kaanapali beach. It was a fabulous place for our family, the rooms looked newly renovated, the staff were friendly, and the grounds are beautifully maintained.

The hotel grounds were absolutely beautiful! My daughters loved the flora and fauna there. They even have a nightly luau.

Great location. Good food. Beautiful views. Nice rooms.

Very Clean, COVID conscious.

Great place to vacation

The breakfast quality was terrible especially comparing to previous times It was obvious how they were trying to fill you up with inexpensive stuff
