The hotel itself is gorgeous and clean. Staff was all very nice and helpful. The only drawback was the noise from the elevators all day and night, and the food was way overpriced for what we got compared to local restaurants.
What a beautiful place to get away! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. We are so sad to leave but can’t wait to come back and visit again.
Nice room, clean, breakfast buffet was not good; not worth the price at all.

Best resort on Kaanapali Beach
Beautiful property Right on beach Landscaping and pool maintenance daily
The Service is world class! The bell hop, the front desk men, the valet were so cool and had outstanding Aloha spirit. The hotel updates are nice. The pools are fantastic. We had a great breakfast with waitress Flow attending to us. We will come back!
Wonderful stay, really no complaints

The property was beautiful and the pool was super neat as well with a cave bar and water slide
The staffs were very accommodating and friendly. The resort was beautiful and had lots of birds and wildlife activities to see. The pool was awesome. The food was great but more restaurants need to open and open late.
