A wonderful stay!

Great home and property. Excellent location. Lovely indoor and outdoor living. Would definitely go back.Just two things, the hot tub wasn’t working so be sure to ask. Also controls for temperature in the house were did not work well…very confusing.

Great neighborhood

Location for us was perfect. House was as described. Enough room and seating inside and more outside. Our only 2 issues (minor though it may be) the shower curtain in the small bathroom was too short and constantly blew out at you making it difficult to shower. The floors made my white socks very dirty on the bottom. We would rent again.

Wonderful home!

The house was even better than the listing. Well equipped, quiet and comfortable. It was a wonderful place to unwind for several days. My only negative was the property management. The check in was confusing and the communication was impersonal and sometimes rude.

Great house, but we had a problem.

When picking a house for my girl's trip we had a specific criteria, pool and a hot tub. This house had both with a great backyard. We were pleased with everything, but the hot tub did not work. This was one of our main reasons for booking the house. Communication with the property manager was a bit frustrating and I had to keep checking in with them. The final result was that no one could fix the hot tub until the day we were checking out. They gave me a $25 refund for the inconvenience and told me I was welcome.

Great place

Love the house but the yard is the best part by far. It’s super private and clean, exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t love that the pool guy and landscaping guys came onto the property without any notice, it would have been nice to know they typically come on xx day at least. There aren’t any blinds or curtains so although the big glass doors are beautiful and perfect when no one is able to come into the yard, it’s a little like a fish bowl when someone else is in the yard working. Anyway, I loved our stay and would absolutely come again.

Great Great Yard

The house is as pictured: simple and tasteful, but humble. But the yard is spectacular and private. Big corner lot. Great pool. Decent spa. But the privacy is first rate. The yard is huge. And the mountains fill the view in every direction in the backyard.

Clean, bright and airy. The backyard is stunning. Loved having ceiling fans and plenty of cookware. Outside grill needs maintenance as the flame does not come up from very low. We loved our stay and will book this property again

Great location terrible management and communication

Despite having an email confirmation from a Vacasa representative regarding our pool heat when we arrived to the property the pool was not heated. The hot tub was broken upon arrival, with a filter error and the filter at the bottom of the hotbtub. According to the property summary the pool is supposed to be maintained on Thursday, however, this was clearly not the case as we arrived on Thursday afternoon to a broken hot tub. The pool deck is in desperate need of repairs. The stucco surface coating on the pool deck is cracked and lifting leaving pieces of stucco everywhere all over our feet. The outside space is otherwise beautiful with great outdoor seating, the outdoor carpet is in need of cleaning or replacement. Communication with the management company was very frustrating. After calling to voice my concerns about the pool heat I was asked to forward the email confirming that I had paid for pool heat…however, have yet to hear a response from Vicasa. Our electronic door lock also stopped working on the second day. It took several hours for someone to arrive to fix it, thank goodness he did as he also fixed the hot tub for us. I would never rent or recommend a property managed by Vicasa. The house was very clean on the inside, just a shame about the hot tub and pool. Thank goodness for the maintenance guy who came to fix the door lock who also took care of the hot tub for us.

January Stay

The Roku TV spent most time while on the Spectrum app buffering the content, watching the NFL difficult. The outdoor grill never got above 400 degrees, bbq ing was difficult. The master bedroom bed topper was very uneven. All else was very good.

Wonderful Oasis in the Desert

We spent 4 wonderful nights at this property in late December. The place was exactly as described (or even better). The space was perfectly laid out for our family of 4 (2 Teenagers). We loved lounging by the pool and hot tub, playing endless games of bocce ball and enjoying the views of the surrounding mountains. The place was clean and very well stocked. It was close to Old Town La Quinta where we enjoyed a number of great restaurants. If you're considering the La Quinta area for a vacation you'd be hard pressed to find a better option than this house.
