Incredible view and right up over the Marina, fantastic location. Easy access, front door always manned, secured parking garage with dedicated space.Edwin was responsive and helpful, great stay!

Fabulous! We will be back!
We had a wonderful stay at the property! Every picture is accurate to the property and the guest rooms were even bigger than we thought with large closets and dressers for all the rooms. The master bedroom is fabulous with the panoramic views to wake up to every morning! It was hard to leave those views! So much space for our group to relax in. We went with 2 other couples and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and in good working condition. We used the grill, kitchen stovetop, laundry and everything worked well! We were able to use Uber to all the local grocery stores and buy the essentials for our food needs. The location is perfect! Very quiet street and the beach access was a half block away; the beach was soft sand and not busy at all, with calm lagoon feel waters and just so peaceful for daily walks. The marina is also a wonderful walk around each day and we bought fresh fish a few times to grill up for tacos. It was delicious. The Sunday market at the marina is a must! So many amazing local venders with live music, food, and handmade goods! We walked the local streets for lunch and dinner each night and felt very safe and the condo booklet of food recommendations was perfect! We tried several places they recommended and each one was fantastic! We did a few excursions with Vallarta Adventures and the zipline tour and Rythmns of the Night are a must!! It was a 15min cheap Uber to the location spot. We will be back! Loved every minute of it! Thank you!

Penthouse above the marina
This was a very comfortable stay. Beautiful views, close to fish market and small grocery store. You can walk to the beach or into town. It was special to have our own private pool, however the ground floor pool was great too. Our host, Edwin, was quick to respond to a few glitches. Thanks for your help and patience..

Wonderful Stay at this Beautiful Penthouse
We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this one clearly stood out from the rest! We have been to Puerta Vallarta a number of times but wanted something more unique and private. We knew nothing about La Cruz and our entire group of 5 were pleasantly surprised.The Penthouse is spectacular - everything about it is exactly as pictured and explained in the listing. The condo was spacious and each bedroom was large and well designed. It was great to have 3 full bathrooms as well The best was the private rooftop pool - what a treat! It was great to also have the option to go down to the community pool. The view from the penthouse was incredible, we saw whales almost every day. We loved the town - be prepared to walk on rough cobblestone streets. La Cruz is small but there are good restaurants and bars with live music in the evening. El Ring was our favorite for breakfast every day. There are plenty of excursions from La Cruz Marina and the fresh seafood was great. The Sunday Market at the marina is not to be missed. Edwin the property manager was great - before we arrived he sent a guide with everything we needed to know about the condo and recommendations for grocery stores, restaurants and things to do in the area. He greeted us on arrival and was responsive throughout our visit. We will definitely be back as this is the nicest building and penthouse in La Cruz!
