Large well equipped property on the beach

The property location was as close to the beach as you can get without getting wet every night at high tide. Very well equipped kitchen. We had 12 people, including two little ones and could have accommodated 3 more with ease. The check in process was clumsy and inefficient as we could not get into the property because they didn't give us the lock box code. We waited 30 minutes in very hot weather to finally get in. The VRBO description of bed numbers is not accurate. There are only three king beds so not enough for four couples as we had hoped. The Vacasa listing is correct however. There was no coffee maker and that issue was never resolved. We were told there should be one, but never heard a word back from property manager. Overall, a great stay in a great location. Property manager just was not available at all for us and communication was difficult at best..

Strict rules

We were constantly being harassed by the security guards and employees. There was no playing in the pool, no music (even if it was very low), no drinking and they made us feel very uncomfortable by just watching us constantly. If you have a family that wants to hangout and have fun this is not the place for you. I wish we had never stayed here. We were all very disappointed.
