This was such an amazing property! Beautiful location right on the greenbelt trail of Poipu! We loved our back patio view and the close access to the beach in either direction. The host was super friendly and accommodating, even getting us a few extra amenities to celebrate my in laws wedding anniversary! The place was clean and updated nicely. Again, this place was wonderful. 5 stars!!!

Excellent stay

We absolutely loved the property; the location and view were excellent. We were a short walk from the beach across from the Grand Hyatt. The property was impeccably clean and even better than the photos revealed.

As Beautiful as Advertised

This is the second time my family has stayed in this house. It’s a beautiful home on the spectacular greenbelt. It’s well kept and the property management staff is incredibly responsive. Looking forward to staying there again in the future!

Very nice property. Updated, comfortable and nicely furnished. Enjoyed the greenbelt walkway, quiet and relaxing. Close to many shops and restaurants.

Great house and location, well equipped. Love the style. And Kauai Wailani (they manage the property) was a pleasure to deal with and immensely helpful. We will be back!

Beautiful property, great location!

We loved our stay! This house is beautiful and the location makes for easy access to a couple beaches, Hyatt resort amenities, beach rentals, and hiking. There were no bathtubs on site which is tricky with really young babies but otherwise it’s a great, great stay! We loved the house and felt comfortable the entire trip. The kitchen has only salt, pepper and oil… fyi!

Amazing Home and Location!

I can't say enough nice things about this house! It's very nicely updated and well stocked. The location is amazing to say the least. We've stayed at other homes along this greenbelt and this is by far the best. We spent ample time on the deck and enjoyed opening all the sliders to get that wonderful island breeze. We'll definitely make it a point to stay here again!

Great Stay

We had a great time at this house. The house was very clean and we loved the open airy design. Walking distance to the Grand Hyatt and Poipu Golf Course. The bathrooms were awesome and the ac provided great cooling and kept the interior nice and dry so we could sleep at night without the high humidity. The Grand Hyatt for comparison, which we also stayed at, had rooms which were very humid and hard to sleep at night. Thank you, we loved everything

Freshly remodeled, great location

Great house, excellent for families or adult groups. Super clean, high end and well appointed kitchen. Very comfortable throughout. Property manager Sean was very responsive and helpful with a couple of small matters. Highly recommend.

Son’s Wedding

We had our son’s destination wedding at The Koa Kea Resort and this home could not have been in a better location for proximity to all our guests staying in the other resorts! Also close to all the beaches ; prompt service when requested; clean, open and beautiful! Spacious and indoor/outdoor dining and relaxing was lovely! We will be back here!!

Great house on Poipu

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nicely updated property in a super location near but not too close to the Hyatt on Poipu. Within the Poipu Kai community, it is located along the trail spanning Poipu Kai. Not very close to the pool and tennis courts but easily accessible by trail. High quality appliances, great A/C, enormous refrigerator, roomy common spaces, kitchen, and deck. Fully covered deck with large table is great place to eat or hang out on within view of trail but not too close. Could use a few more blinds for visual privacy, including black out curtains for side windows in bedrooms. Very attractively decorated but due to design of doors, not much auditory privacy in 3 bedrooms if that is a concern. We had a wonderful stay and would certainly go back.

Beautiful vacation home

We had a terrific stay in Hale Kupa'a. The house was fully updated and nicely decorated. The rooms were all spacious with each bedroom having its own ensuite, plus a powder room. Beds were all comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Property was very well maintained and greatly appreciated the good quality beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Lots of hiking and beaching nearby, along with great restaurants and shopping. We would definitely return!

Top of the line

Great / spacious common area, 10-15 minute walk to Poipu Beach. Only negative would be the distance of the community pool from the residence. We would of used the pool more often if it was closer. We would definitely consider renting the home again for our next family vacation

Great Stay!

The house was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed! The location was perfect for our family of 8. A quiet community in walking distance to two beaches and a short ride to some others. We didn’t end up using the pool at all because we love the ocean. And we didn’t play tennis because we didn’t want to pay extra for it. We loved our stay at Hale Kupa’a and would recommend to others!

Beautiful House

This property is amazing!! The house was beautifully decorated with high quality details, had everything we needed (especially loved the beach chairs, towels and cooler), and was in a great location. We took short walks in the mornings to see the turtles on the beach which was a highlight for us. We went with our two adult children/partners, and it was plenty of room. Everyone loved the house. Thank you for making our vacation so special!
