Smaller than the location at West Hills, but I like the location of the Cedar Bluff location better.

Enjoyed everything about this place including friendly and efficient staff, comfortable facilities, and convenient location with nearby shopping center and a variety of restaurants.

The location is great, the room setup was so useful! Pretty quiet!

When I checked in, I was given a room on the backside of the building which is right by the highway. It is extremely loud back there with highway noise. The room had not been cleaned. I returned to the front desk and asked for a clean room on the front side of the building. She said there were none and offered a room on the backside of the building on the first floor rather than 3rd floor like my first room. There was no hair dryer in the room, flies in the room and the bed and pillows were hard and flat. Room was very noisy and it was just a bad nights sleep. You get what you pay for I suppose which is not much.

Twas a one night stand and everything I needed was available.

Good value for the money as the room was clean and quiet

The room was not as clean as it could be. The hardwood part of the floor needed sweeping and there were distinct footprints on the bathroom floor from the previous guest. The TV had limited channel selection but the bed was comfortable.

Room smelled of stale cigars, room was motel like and window was right next to staircase so I couldn't open the window without greeting every guest. old toothpick on carpet next to bed. light fixtures full of old dust. Bathroom vent even worse. :-( 9:30 pm fire alarm rang for over 20 minutes but nobody ever came around to check. Back parking poorly lit and parking was a challenge. Check out was poor - clerk was busy in conversation with someone in the back area and was out of touch.

This hotel was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable.

When I check in. I was told that I owed $265. I was on a package deal. Got my paper work. After he got off the phone. Was told that I did not owe any money. If you want room service. That is $10 per day. If you want new towels. You need to take the used ones to the office. Then you are giving new ones. It is a little hard to find the place. Not marked very well to get in.

First of all, the hotel didn't match what was posted on Orbitz. No continental breakfast. Room smelled of chemicals. The bed was hard. Kitchen in room was not stocked. You had to go to main off to get anything. They didn't even have a blow dryer in the room. I drove 11 hours to this hospital and they wouldn't even let you check in a little early. Staff didn't greet you in a friendly manner and acted like you were bothering them. I interacted with 3 front desk staff members and received the same treatment.

Room was clean, comfortable bed, full kitchen with ice in the freezer and the air was already on!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely a good place to stay while traveling.

Absolutely can't beat it for the price and location and the staff is the most friendly staff I've ever met my life.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. Both times that I went into the office the staff was incredibly friendly. It was a nice change of pace. The room was larger than I expected, and the bed was comfortable.

I was very surprise how clean and neat room was. Good coffee, breakfast so, so.
