"I had a very bad experience with Hyatt Place Frankfurt Airport.
I booked 4 rooms through Hotels.com and later cancelled the bookings as per the cancellation policy. I also received cancellation confirmation from Hotels.com. However, the Hyatt staff is not accepting the cancellation and is still asking for payment for all 4 rooms.
Additionally, an amount was deducted from my credit card without my knowledge or approval. I am extremely disappointed with the way this issue has been handled.
The hotel staff was not cooperative or humble during the discussion, and I did not expect such poor customer service from Hyatt.
