With 4 bedrooms including a king, queen, and full bed, this property is perfect for families or friends looking for a terrific retreat. Enjoy the soothing vibes of 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and hair dryer. Plus, there are 2 additional spaces, one with a sofa bed and the other with a bunk bed, providing extra room for guests. 3 minute walk to public beach access. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Kill Devil Hills and our house has to offer. Hot Tub and Cargo lift. Meadowlark has a full kitchen supplied with most everything you need. Meadowlarks service fee covers cleaning, bath towels, and linens which is nice so you can just bring your bathing suits and shorts for your week at the BEACH. The host fee covers professional cleaning and provides all bath towels and supplies (hand soap, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent. Feel free to utilize anything located in the garage.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a phone.
