Nuestro espacioso condominio de una habitación C309 en el popular complejo Kihei Akahi en el sur de Maui está ubicado en el tercer piso del edificio C, C309, con una hermosa vista al mar. Acabamos de agregar una nueva cama King Size y nuevos muebles de dormitorio. Con vistas a las aguas azules del Pacífico en Kamaole Beach II, esta joya de unidad tiene todas las comodidades que puedas imaginar para tu estadía en el paraíso. Además de la cama King size, también hay un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar. El condominio duerme 4 cómodamente. Cuenta con aire acondicionado y un ventilador de techo en la sala de estar y en el dormitorio. Tenemos una cocina completa y una lavadora / secadora. Internet inalámbrico proporcionado.

“Segunda estancia en este encantador condominio ...”

Nos alojamos en este condominio hace dos años y quedé impresionado con el precio y las comodidades del hogar que decidimos quedarnos por segunda vez. Este condominio sigue siendo el mejor valor en Kihei. Disfrutamos de la vista al mar desde el lanai todas las mañanas y fuimos a hacer boogie boarding y snorkeling en Kam II todos los días. El esnórquel fue increíble. Vimos hermosos peces y tortugas cada vez. El complejo está bien mantenido y limpio. Incluso utilizamos la parrilla al aire libre junto a la piscina y parecía nueva. Definitivamente vamos a estar de vuelta.

“Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación!

Este cómodo condominio está directamente frente a la mejor playa de Kihei. ¡Muy cerca a pie de todas las tiendas de recuerdos y restaurantes que pueda desear! No es el lugar más nuevo, sino una cocina bien equipada, ropa de cama y toallas, y extras como sillas de playa y equipo de snorkel. Un muy buen valor en una ubicación súper conveniente.

“Increíble condominio, gran vista, me encantó!”

Me alojé en este encantador condominio durante 9 días con mi hermana. Disfrutamos la vista desde la terraza y el fácil acceso a la playa. Fue divertido hacer la caminata todas las noches desde el condominio para ver las hermosas puestas de sol. El condominio está en una excelente ubicación para visitar otros lugares de la isla. ¡No hay nada que cambiemos!

Está bien ubicado y es una buena oferta para el dinero en la isla. También está a solo 1,6 km de la hermosa Wailea con sus campos de golf de primera clase y un enorme centro comercial 'The Shops at Wailea'. No querrás nada. Todos los lugares para ir están al alcance de tu mano, pero si buscas paz y serenidad, toma una copa tranquila en el lanai, huele el Plumeria y relájate toda la noche.

Location is great. Just know that the refrigerator often (but not always) makes a whiny screeching sound anytime the pump comes on, so it'll come on during the night if you're planning on using the pull out bed in the living room. Not super loud but the pitch goes up and down which makes it creepy. The USB charger in the living room doesn't really work, so you'll probably want to bring your own. Other than that, good stay. I've informed the owners, hope these get addressed.

Great place. Amazing location right across the street from the best beach in Kihei and a 12 minute drive to the best beach in Maui (big beach).The unit was quiet and pretty with a comfy bed and everything we needed, even beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler.Parking is right by the building. The property is well taken care of. Everybody was very friendly.The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We will be back.Mahalo!

Amazing!

Had a great 6-night stay here. Everything was very clean and well stocked up with anything we needed (aloe vera under the sink was very helpful after I got burnt!). About a 3 minute walk down to a very lovely sandy beach. There’s a great shave ice spot nearby. 10/10 experience, would stay again :)

Wonderful beach condo!

This was such a wonderful place to stay while on Maui. They had everything you need, from kitchen items to beach chairs and towels, even water floaties. The complex is very nice as well.

Hosts are pleasant respond speedily to your queries. Garden view from the Lanai is tranquil quiet. Excellent location: faces the popular Kama’ole 2 Beach adjacent to restaurants, pharmacy, Snorkel Bob’s, all by foot.The occupancy of the building (how busy) will naturally depend on the time of year you visit.

Magical Maui

This was our fourth time staying at Kihei Akahi, and the first time in the C building. Check-in is always straightforward and the condo was very comfortable. The kitchen had most of what we needed - plastic wrap or something to cover the salads would have been appreciated, as would a small cooler for day trips. Otherwise, we had everything we needed (and more). The selection of pillows was very appreciated, and the bed was huge (and comfortable)! The location is perfect - across from Kam 2, and so many delicious places to eat just a short walk away - and the property is beautiful. The lanai was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evenings after sunset. We look forward to staying here again! Mahalo!

Father of the Bride

We stayed here while daughter got married in fancy Wailea. This was preferable. It was a quaint and comfortable location with pool and near beach. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed very much.

Great location!

The condo was located directly across the street from the beach making it very convenient. We could walk to local restaurants such as Coconuts and Cafe O’Lei. The pool areas were nice and the allotted parking space easy to get in and out of. The condo had everything we needed - beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc. We had a very nice stay and would definitely stay here again.

Clean and convenient.

The condo was very clean and very convenient to the beaches and within walking distance to just about every need. This is the second time we've stayed in this complex and will definetly stay here again. It is very apparent that the complex staff takes pride in this property.

Comfortable Stay

We love Kihei and the Kihei Akahi Resort.We come to enjoy the beach. Fly and Flop:) The condo was very comfortable and was well fitted out. The king size bed was super comfortable and there was a selection of pillows, which was very thoughtful. We had an issue with a neighbor smoking (not allowed) and both the owner and the office were very supportive and got right back to us. The issue was immediately resolved, which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Vacation

We loved our stay in C309. The bed was amazing.. The condo was very neat and clean. Really enjoyed the use of the beach umbrella and beach chairs. The condo was stocked with what ever we needed. We made sure to replenish so it is ready the next lucky visitors. The location was perfect. We could not have asked for a better experience!

We have stayed in condo before, Nice to see upgraded bathroom. There was confusion about checkin but after reaching out to VRBO and contacting owners directly all was good! Well equipped, with all essentials. An affordable rental considering others in complex! A hard top cooler and new fridge would be a an added upgrade .

Great Place for the Price

In regards to our stay, we found that for the price this condo offered great views with a fantastic location, however for a longer visit it would have been nice to have been accommodated with the necessary everyday essentials, such as paper towels, laundry soap, and light bulbs for all the burnt out lamps throughout the unit. In addition, the supplied beach gear was thoroughly outdated and overly used, however we did contribute some expensive boogie boards towards the collection, so we hope future guests will enjoy. All things considered, we did appreciate our stay at this condo.

Our recent stay

We travelled to Maui for our wedding and stayed at this condo for 6 nights. Check in was easy and smoothe and instructions/communication with the owners was good. However, the condo is not well-maintained. Cleanliness issues, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, lights burnt out, and dusty. We will not choose this rental in our future Maui stays.

Breathtaking lanai sunsets

We’ve stayed at the Akahi a dozen times, and for the most part this visit lived up to our expectations. However, as we are tennis & pickle ball players, it was disappointing to learn that the court was closed for almost 4 of our 14 days due to its use as the venue for the Owners’ annual meeting and party. In this respect, the property did not deliver as promised. And although C building is a little less quiet than D, we enjoyed our stay at Kevin and Gayla’s.

Wonderful!

Our first impression of Gayla & Kevin’s condo at the Kihei Akahi was positive, as the unit was sparkling clean. And our experience over our week reinforced our good fortune to have chosen this condo! It was perfect for my husband & I! It has all the comforts of home - a fully stocked kitchen, good books to read, & beach supplies, including beach chairs, beach towels, noodles, & boogie boards! The Maui guidebook, Maui Revealed, was the best! The unit has a spacious feel. The building is well constructed. We hardly heard any sounds from our next door, above or below neighbours. The bedroom has a long mirrored closet with plenty of cupboard space, hangers, & room for clothes(& suitcases). There is also a dresser with lots of drawers for folded clothing. Most importantly, there is a comfy king bed with a great mattress topper. Even though I have joint pain, I had no problem with sleeping. The one issue, is noise from the elevator, which the bedroom is next to. As I wear ear plugs, I did not hear a thing, but my husband took himself off to the couch a couple of times, which he found quite comfortable. The toilet, bathtub & shower are in a separate room, so the bathroom area is functional. There is a decent amount of space for toiletries. The fabulous shower head gave one of the best showers I have ever had! The kitchen is very well equipped. No shortage of amenities with this condo rental!! There are numerous place settings, so you do not run out of dishes after one snack or meal, a plus! I was very pleased with kitchen supplies. There are several salad bowls, many utensils, including several spatulas! Not only are there paper towels and dish soap, but tin foil, plastic wrap & some spices. What a pleasant treat! And the dishwasher works well. There is an air conditioner available but we found the fans & the cross breeze kept us cool. Having a washer & dryer was a big plus, & laundry detergent & stain remover were provided. The living/dining room was both comfortable & functional. We enjoyed the large glass dining room table for 4 with comfy chairs. The flat screen TV gave us plenty of entertainment & the comfy couch provided hours of relaxation. We also appreciated the Hawaiian music CDs! A highlight of our mornings was coffee on the lanai with its table & chairs & a pretty view of the ocean. In the evening we could watch the sunset from there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in condos all around the world & this is one of the best.

Maui Wow-ie!

We were very impressed with the location of this property - across from the beach in Kihei, the happening town on the Maui west coast. Two pools on the property, and free access to numerous local beaches and parks. Walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants. What more could one want!
