Location is excellent. Beach is literally across the street from the Whale Sanctuary and public park. There are picnic tables and a bathroom for day use. Green sea turtles basking in the sun daily. Excellent access to restaurants, grocery and some shopping. Breathtaking sunsets.The apartment kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfy. Tons of beach equipment chairs, coolers, umbrella and snorkel gear. Wifi is great, smart tv so you can watch your shows. A/C, dishwasher and washing machine all work well. Shared pool and hot tub are great and communal BBQ is a great touch.A few minor nits. Air conditioner splashes water from the fan onto the tile outside making it a bit slippery. Kitchen cabinets are a bit sticky. Our bedroom windows didn't slide well and were stuck open which is a bit noisy with road traffic. Nothing you can't fix with earplugs. Noticeable dust accumulation in storage and washing machine areas. But no bugs. Maintenance came into spray baseboard treatment, however property mgrs forgot to notify us someone would be entering when we aren't there. Personally we don't like the idea of the lockbox / key access for but it is what it is.Hosts are responsive and ready to help which is great. Overall our stay was well worth it.
