Great location
We stayed here for 2 nights (2 adults and 2 young kids) after our other rental in the Maui Banyan expired. This unit was a better location right next to the lower pool with grilling areas, very close walk to the Kamoele Beach Park 2, and immediately across from the bottom floor of the parking garage where the parking space is located. The location and access is fantastic and the condo is fairly well updated with amenities and beach chairs. There were a few detractions for us which is why I didn't give it 5 starts. First, being located right above the check in area means people are constantly walking by your patio area minimizing privacy. Being so low to the ground also means that household pests are more likely which are common in Hawaii anyway due to the environment. Second, despite reserving it for 4 people, the pull out couch bed sheets were not already on the bed which made for a more difficult first night with the kids trying to find sheets, blankets, etc. Lastly, the room didnt have a working vacuum cleaner which makes it tough to keep a place tidy. That said, we would stay here again depending on price.
