Great family spot

The place is beautiful and well stocked with everything to make your vacation enjoyable. The pool is close, the beach is a short walk away. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the Whale Museum is great for adults and children with activities to keep them entertained. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again someday. Mahalo

Loved our stay at this beautiful property!! Rooms were clean, beds and bedding excellent, common area and kitchen were great for our family of 6 to cook and relax. AC units and TV’s were easy to use and worked very well!! We also loved the pool, tennis courts and ping pong/fooseball area on the resort. Just a short walk to the beach was really nice. Also loved that the host had tennis rackets, pickleball equipment, boogie boards, beach gear .. basically all we could have asked for. We had an amazing family vacation. Thank you so much. We will definitely book again.

Great place!

It was a great place for our family to stay! Good location, clean, and comfortable. It had so many great things to use like beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkles, life jackets, and floaties.

Cozy Spot in Paradise

Great place to stay with family or friends!

Very clean and well renovated property in a great location! The bunk beds were perfect for 5 kids and the air conditioning in each bedroom was nice. The location is perfect too for families when you need to run to the store or are looking for a restaurant. Highly recommend!

Cozy 2BR+loft nice for families

Nicely maintained with really helpful beach equipment and well-equipped kitchen, and in unit washer dryer making a family trip as easy as possible. Walking distance to nearby beach and a short drive away to the famous beaches making this a convenient location.

Great stay in Kihei!

This was a wonderful condo - thank you for having us! We stayed with 6 adults and two kids under 4, and we had lots of space. The pool and grounds were very well maintained and the location was lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you to Sandy and Todd for hosting us!

Great place to stay with family

We are a family of 7 with kids ranging from 16 to 1.5 years old. There was plenty of room for us and the unit was clean, updated and centrally located to a number of different areas of the island that we had planned to visit.

Family vacation

We had a great stay at Koa 5i. The condo had everything we needed. All the kids had their own bed, no need for sleeping on the couch or hide-a-bed, which made this a perfect location for us. The beach is a close walk and all the extra amenities (coolers, beach toys, chairs, umbrella) made it feel like home. We really appreciated the detailed information about the island that was provided as well. Mahalo!!

Perfect Vacation

Thank you so much for all connected with this wonderful condo. Plenty of room for our group of six. Great location, close to everything. Enjoyed the short walk to the beach, local hikes, shave ice and fruit market just down the road. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially our morning coffee on the lanai. Thank you again! We would highly recommend!

Koa Resort

Our stay was wonderful in Maui. We enjoyed the condo and pool. The bbq area was not inviting and we didn’t like seeing the vehicles in the parking lot under tarps (it looks trashy)

Great stay in Maui

Sandy’s place was a great stay for my family. It served as the central base as we explored all of Maui. The decor was beautiful and the kitchen was very well- furbished. My family loved the access to the pool and the unit was well-cooled with the ACs! We also made use of the tennis rackets and beach towels and we would definitely stay there again
