Relaxing time

The location is wonderful for beach walks. We were looking for a quiet week to relax and enjoy morning walks on the beach and bike rides on trails and beach. Perfect for what we wanted. Unit was clean and just as pictured in the listing. We would love to return again.

The location is fine but the outside area is dark and in need of some repair. There is a very noticeable musty smell in the unit, and it needs attention. It probably needs a full-time dehumidifier. Difficult for anyone with any breathing or allergy issues.

Great location, perfect stay

Property is well kept and clean. Really cozy and easy access to everything Kiawah has to offer. Just a minute walk to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed our quick getaway as we attended a wedding. The condo was perfect. Thank you!

Great location, renovated unit. Furnishings are very dated - sofa in living room is extremely uncomfortable & faded, it really needs to be replaced. The bed linens are also dated & the bedskirt looks sloppy in the bed.

Perfect Couple Retreat

Clean - nicely decorated 1 bedroom condo - near the beach. Couldn't have asked for anything nicer. Only wished the listing in VRBO shows all the charges up front.

Windswept 4470 - very clean but air was musty. Sofa and chair cushions in LR looked worn.

Convenient location - loved The Nest. Found shells on the beach. Everything smelled musty - even our clothes after we left. Had to leave a day early due to feeling bad — allergies and odor was irritating.

Perfect little place!

The location couldn’t have been better for the triathlon. Very clean and well represented in the pics. Even had laundry detergent with the washer and dryer which was awesome after the tri! Top notch place and service!

Loved it!

My husband and I found this unit to be perfect for our stay in Kiawah. It was extremely clean and nicely updated. The decor was very tasteful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was beyond amazing. The location of the unit makes The Nest and Night Heron Park so accessible, along with the beach. We will be back!!

Living Actively and Engaged

The property was located in a pristine community. I was able to golf, bike, run, walk, go on nature and botanical trails, and swimming is available if you have that triathlete in you!!! There were opportunities to view dolphins, boat charters and rentals within the island area. Point to note... Order your bikes before you go. There are many rentals on the island.. Alligator Bike had Locks, Helmets and more. alligator bike.com. (I have no financials or affiliations with the business and I held harmless, if you choose to use the company based on a friendly handoff from a positive experience) The home was a great base camp for the conference I attended. The villa has an active wifi network, desk area to work and comfortable points to study from the living room, kitchen dining, and outdoor patio. Or you can pack a few items and walk to the Night Heron Park to find benches and picnic tables. The Sleeping quarters and en suite shower room were spacious and comfortable. The window views were of the walking paths and the parking lots (nicely camouflaged by greenery). However, a few books or quiet time ruminating on life on the patio or near an open window will allow the sounds of nature to resonate in your soul.

Absolutely amazing!!!

We had a wonderful vacation and plan to go back next year. The island is beautiful, quiet, just lovely. Our condo was clean and cozy. Loved having a kitchen, washer/dryer and porch. We wanted to stay an extra night but I did not receive a response to my email? I’m not sure why, the property was available and communication was great until then. I could have called but we made other arrangements. I would definitely rent this property again. Thank you!
