Large very clean home close to beach and front gate. Plenty of beds and rooms for everyone. Could use a little updating but again very good rental and fantastic for a family. Separate wing above garage with 3 beds for kids. Well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed it. We have been down to Kiawah 12-15 times and this home seems to be everyone’s favorite.

Loved it!

The house was perfect for our family and friends. The home was roomy, laid out well, and quality furnishings, beds, and furniture. Everything worked as it should and we had zero issues. The location in the development is near the beach..about 5 mins or so. The management company is very proactive and responsive. I’d stay here again for sure.

Nice family rental! Very clean and well stocked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Kiawah 6 of the last 10 years but this is our first time booking thru Pam Harrington rentals. This is a first rate company and we would highly recommend contacting them for any rental unit that they offer.

Beach, Shop, and Golf trip

This is an amazingly located property, within minutes of the beach. Located on the golf course this house accommodated us perfectly. The house is very spacious and comfortable. There are a few things that need updating such as a few mattress pads, but as aide from that I see us returning to this property very soon!

Beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year we have stayed at this home. It is very nice and large enough to accommodate 6 adults and 3 young children. It is located a short bike ride to the beach on a lovely street. However, with 3 young toddlers, biking to the beach is not possible due to all the gear needed. So for that reason I wish it were a little closer to the beach. I love the suite over the garage! Quiet and away from the noise of the main living space. My only complaint is that there are just not enough dishes and silverware for the amount of people the house can accommodate. I felt like we were washing dishes by hand after every meal so that we could eat our next meal. There were only 10 plates in the house. So not enough to run the dishwasher efficiently. I'm not a fan of doing dishes multiple times a day while on vacation. I did express my feelings last year regarding the dishes, so I was hoping it was resolved when we booked this year. Seems like a pretty inexpensive fix to an annoying problem. Having said this, I would stay here again because it is a nice place, I would just bring paper plates and plastic utensils.

It appears that there needs to be some upgrades to the appliances and overall appearance. There was black mildew in the room over the garage and we had no AC when we checked in. Someone came about an hour later and put a band aid on the unit. Fortunetly it lasted all week.

With 8 people staying at the house we washed a lot of bathroom and kitchen towels and ran out before the end of the week. The house was very comfortable and we loved the space. Wished it were a little closer to the beach but we would definitely stay at this property in the future.

It could use some updating of appliances, however everything was in working order. The location is great,an easy walk to the beach. Loved the screened porch and deck area and the suite over the garage allowed for privacy for our infant grandchild at nap and bedtime. Would definitely stay here again.

Pam Harrington to the rescue!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the house had previously been occupied by renters that had no respect for the property. Despite a cleaning lady trying to clean the unit before our time to enter she simply could not get it all done. She stayed later. But the home had damage as well. We could not use the porch or the living room. We found dishes with food and grease etc. still on dishes and in the pots and pans stored in the cupord. Pam Harrington sent someone over and they clened for five hours. They also fixed the screen on the porch and repaired the light fixtures. Without their effort we would not have had a good stay. General Condition initially was vwery poor but was great later.

Quiet Beach Vacation in Beautiful Area

Only issue I saw with the house was a knob was off a cabinet in the wash room. everything else was great - thanks for the new grill and the patio furniture!!

30th annual visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 30th visit to Kiawah in April and we had a great trip as usual. Our grandson being with us for the first time made not having access to the resort amenities a bigger issue than it has been in the past. The house has excellent bones and location, but could use some sprucing up (main room carpet) and be better equipped in the kitchen (more dishes and glassware). PH staff is always terrific.
